Important Note: This camera is designed for standalone use and cannot be added to any ANRAN NVR system.

5. Configuració i instal·lació
5.1 Muntatge de la càmera i del panell solar
- Trieu una ubicació exterior adequada per a la càmera, assegurant-vos que tingui una vista clara view of the area you wish to monitor and that the solar panel can receive maximum direct sunlight.
- Use the provided screws to securely mount the camera bracket to a wall or other stable surface.
- Attach the solar panel to the camera or mount it separately in a sunny location.
- Connecteu el cable del panell solar al port de càrrega de la càmera.
5.2 Engegada i càrrega inicials
The camera has a built-in 6000mAh rechargeable battery. For the first use, it is recommended to fully charge the camera using the provided USB cable before relying solely on solar power. The solar panel will then maintain the battery charge.
5.3 Instal·lació i emparellament de l'aplicació

- Open the ANRAN App and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.

6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1 Viu Viewing and PTZ Control
Once connected, open the ANRAN app to view the live feed from your camera. You can control the camera's pan (0°-360°) and tilt (0°-90°) movements directly from the app to adjust the field of view.
6.2 Àudio bidireccional
The camera features a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling high-definition two-way voice communication. Use the intercom function in the app to speak to visitors or deter intruders.
6.3 Motion Detection and Instant Alerts
The camera utilizes PIR Human Detection to accurately identify human movement. When motion is detected in the monitoring area, the camera will send instant alert notifications to your phone, helping to keep your home safe.
6.4 Modes de visió nocturna

- Visió nocturna en color (CNV): With the help of external lighting around the camera, CNV technology produces full-color video at night, providing more detail and contrast.

The ANRAN app supports sharing camera access with up to 7 other users. This allows family members or trusted individuals to monitor the live feed and receive alerts simultaneously.
6.6 SD Card Storage
The camera supports local storage via a TF (Micro SD) card, up to 128GB (card not included). This allows for continuous recording or event-triggered recording without subscription fees.

- Q: Can I run multiple cameras?
- A: Yes, the ANRAN app supports connecting and managing multiple cameras simultaneously.
- Q: The camera is not connecting to Wi-Fi.
- A: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Check the camera's proximity to the router and ensure there are no strong interferences. Try resetting the camera and re-pairing it through the app.
- Q: The solar panel is not charging the camera.
- A: Verify the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum direct sunlight throughout the day. Check the connection cable between the solar panel and the camera for any damage or loose connections. Clean the surface of the solar panel.
- Q: Motion detection is not working or sending too many false alerts.
- A: Check the motion detection settings in the ANRAN app. Adjust the sensitivity level to suit your environment. Ensure the PIR sensor is not obstructed.
- Q: No audio during two-way communication.
- A: Ensure the microphone and speaker permissions are enabled for the ANRAN app on your smartphone. Check the volume settings on both your phone and within the app.

10. Garantia i Suport
10.1 Informació de la garantia
The ANRAN AR-Q03 Solar Battery Camera comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers defects in the product itself. It does not cover incidental, accidental, or indirect losses arising from customer use, nor damage caused by natural disasters.
Warranty claims are handled as follows:
