4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Power On/Off and Backlight
- To power on the device, turn the function knob (13) to the desired measurement mode.
- To power off, turn the function knob to the 'OFF' position.
- Press the 'BLCTR' button (10) to toggle the backlight display on or off for improved visibility in various lighting conditions.
4.2 Funció de retenció de dades
- Press the 'HOLD' button (9) to freeze the current measurement value on the display. This is useful for recording readings in hard-to-reach areas.
- Press 'HOLD' again to release the held value and resume live measurement.
4.3 Prova de resistència d'aïllament
Important: Always wear high-voltage insulating gloves during insulation resistance testing.
- Connect the test leads: Plug the red test lead into the 'L' terminal (1) and the black test lead into the 'E' terminal (4). Attach the alligator clips to the test leads.
- Turn the function knob (13) to the desired insulation resistance voltage (500 V, 1000 V o 2500 V).
- Connect the test probes (alligator clips) to the circuit or component under test. Ensure the circuit has no electrical presence before connecting.
- Press the 'TEST' button (8) to initiate the insulation resistance measurement. The high voltage indicator (11) will illuminate.
- Observe the reading on the backlit digital display (6).
- Interpretació:
- Values below 0.5 GΩ (500 million ohms) may indicate a risk of electrical leakage.
- An 'OL' (Overload) reading indicates an open circuit or very high resistance, typically signifying good insulation.
- The device features automatic discharge after the test is completed.

4.4 AC Voltage Mesura
- Switch the function knob (13) to the 'ACV' mode (17).
- Connect the test probes to the AC power source (e.g., wall outlet).
- Llegeix l'AC voltage value on the display. The tester's reading will follow the input voltage changes, demonstrating its accuracy.
4.5 DC Voltage Mesura
- Switch the function knob (13) to the 'DCV' mode (18).
- Align the test probes with the positive and negative terminals of the DC power source (e.g., a 3V battery).
- Llegeix el vol DCtage value on the display. The test is very accurate.

6. Manteniment
- Mantingueu el dispositiu net i sec. Netegeu-lo amb un drap suau i sec.amp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni dissolvents.
- Store the device in its storage bag in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Replace batteries when the low power prompt appears to ensure accurate readings.
- Regularly inspect test leads and probes for any signs of wear or damage. Replace immediately if damaged.
7. Solució De Problemes
- Sense pantalla/Engegada:
- Check battery installation and ensure batteries are fresh. Verify the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Lectures inexactes:
- Ensure test leads are properly connected and not damaged. Verify the correct measurement mode is selected. Check for external interference.
- 'OL' Reading (Insulation Test):
- This indicates an open circuit or very high resistance, which is normal for good insulation. If expected to be a lower value, check connections.
- Low Insulation Resistance Reading:
- If the insulation resistance is unexpectedly low (e.g., below 0.5 GΩ for a freezer), it indicates a potential leakage or fault in the insulation. Consult a qualified electrician.
8. Consells d'usuari
- Always double-check your connections before initiating a test, especially for high voltage measurements, to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Utilize the 'HOLD' function to easily record stable readings without needing to keep the probes in place, which can be particularly helpful in awkward positions.
- The silicone sheath provides anti-drop protection, but always handle the instrument with care to prolong its lifespan.
- For consistent results, perform measurements in a stable environment free from excessive humidity or extreme temperatures.
