Guia de configuració

Follow these steps to set up your BW-TH15 docking station:

1. Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the provided power cable to the USB-C PD port on the docking station. For stable operation, especially when using multiple peripherals and displays, it is highly recommended to use a power adapter that supports more than 100W. The PD charger needs to be purchased separately.

2. Connexió de l'amfitrió: Connect the docking station to your laptop using the USB-C 3.2 Gen2 for HOST port. Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt-Mode) for video output. Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4 compatible ports also support DP Alt-Mode.

3. Connexió de visualització: Connect your external monitors to the docking station using the HDMI 1, HDMI 2, and DisplayPort (DP) interfaces. The docking station supports dual 4K@60Hz or triple display configurations, depending on your laptop's USB-C interface capabilities (DisplayPort 1.2, 1.4, or 1.4 with DSC).

   

4. Connexió perifèrica: Connect your USB devices, network cable, and audio devices to the corresponding ports:

   • Ports USB-C: Use the 4 USB-C ports for various peripherals. Two ports support 10Gbps data transfer, and two support 5Gbps.
   • Ports USB-A: Use the 3 USB 3.0 ports (5Gbps) and 1 USB 3.1 port (10Gbps) for USB-A devices.
   • Ethernet RJ45: Connect an Ethernet cable for a stable wired network connection (up to 1000Mbps).
   • SD/Micro SD Card Slots: Insert SD 4.0 or Micro SD 4.0 cards for data transfer (up to 400MB/s).

• Transport multiflux (MST): Laptops running Windows can utilize the MST function through this docking station to achieve multiple independent displays (different content on each screen). This allows for extended desktop environments across several monitors.

  • Verify that the USB-C port of your laptop supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt-Mode). If your laptop has Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4, it is compatible.
  • Check all display cable connections (HDMI, DP) between the docking station and your monitors.
  • Ensure the docking station is receiving adequate power from a 100W+ PD charger.

• Unstable Connection/Device Disconnections:

  • Confirm that the docking station is powered by a sufficient 100W+ PD charger. Insufficient power can lead to instability.
  • Ensure the USB-C cable connecting the docking station to your laptop is securely plugged in and is of good quality.
  • Try connecting the docking station to a different USB-C port on your laptop, if available.

• Network Issues (RJ45):
