2. Configuració

There are several methods for powering and installing the Dash Cam:

This method is simple and easy to operate.

1. Wipe the front windshield: Ensure the windshield is clean and dry for firm bracket adhesion.
2. Power on the Dash Cam: Insert the car charger into the cigarette lighter and connect it to the Dash Cam using the included Type-C power cord. The Dash Cam will automatically start recording when the car starts.
3. Determine installation position and adjust lens angle:
   1. Connect the Dash Cam to your mobile phone via the DDPAI App.
   2. Launch the app, go to "Device Settings" > "ADAS intelligent assistance reminder" > "Adjust ADAS installation position".
   3. Select "Go to live preview" > "Enter live preview" to access the calibration interface and follow on-screen instructions to position the dash cam.
   4. Tap "Calibration completed" after adjustment.
4. Stabilize the Dash Cam: Attach the electrostatic sticker to the chosen position, then peel off the 3M adhesive film from the bracket and stick it to the center of the electrostatic sticker. Ensure the recording angle is correct before final attachment.
5. Cablejat: Route the power cord from the cigarette lighter to the Dash Cam, hiding it in the car's plastic guard plate using a crowbar.

2.3 Connect the Rear Camera (Optional)

If you have a rear camera, follow these steps for installation:

1. Clean the rear windshield: Ensure the approximate installation position is clean.
2. Connect the rear camera: Connect the rear camera to its power cable.
3. Insert power cable: Fully insert the rear power cable into the headphone jack on the main dash cam unit.
4. Route cable: Route the rear power cable from the Dash Cam to the rear camera, concealing it as needed.
5. Fix rear camera: Remove the red backing film from the adhesive sticker, adjust the field of view, and fix the rear camera to the inner wall of the rear windshield.

Connexió Bluetooth

1. Power on device: Follow on-screen instructions to select language and proceed.
2. Turn on phone Bluetooth: Ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth is enabled.
3. Launch DDPAI App: Tap "Device" > "+ Add a device".

3.2 Funció de vídeo

Preview Vídeo

Pots preview videos directly on the device screen or through the DDPAI App. For app preview, enter the real-time preview interface, then tap the Landscape Preview icon or rotate your phone horizontally to switch to full-screen mode.

• Nota: Preview quality is lower; download videos for HD quality.

Playback videos on the device by pressing the Album button and selecting a video file. In the app, drag the progress bar to select a starting point or tap a thumbnail to play recorded videos.

3.3 Fer fotos

The Dash Cam supports various photography modes:

• Collision sensing photography: Automatically captures pictures during collisions or emergency braking.
• Voice photographing: Say "Take photo" to the Dash Cam MIC.

Parking Modes:

• Time-lapse video recording: Records at 5 frames per second, then enters sleep mode after a set time or low voltage. Wakes up by ignition. Collision events trigger photo capture and normal recording. Night vision (AI-ISP) is automatically activated.
• Normal video recording: Maintains normal recording after the car is off, then enters sleep mode after a set time or low voltage. Wakes up by ignition.

Generate and Share SR Videos

In the app, go to "Local Album", select a video, and turn on the "SR" switch. Then tap "Share" to crop, customize with SR effects and music, and share to social media.

The Dash Cam's GPS function is on by default. In outdoor open areas, it receives GPS signals, recording location information in videos. You can view time, speed, altitude, direction, and driving track in the DDPAI App.

• Note: GPS signal reception may be affected in densely populated areas, underground parking lots, tunnels, or cloudy weather.

In the DDPAI App, tap the preview interface, then tap "Track" to view your driving trajectory and current location in real-time.

In the app, go to "Me" > "Driving Score" to view all driving track records.

3. After completing the installation, tap "Calibration completed".

• Note: Re-calibrate ADAS if the Dash Cam's installation position or lens angle changes for accurate performance.

3.9 Control remot

The remote uses a standard 3V CR2032 lithium-manganese button battery. If the indicator light doesn't turn on, replace the battery.

1. Hold the top and bottom of the remote, rotate counterclockwise until it clicks, and open.
2. Remove the old battery, insert a new 3V CR2032 battery with the text facing up. Close the lid, rotate clockwise until it clicks.

3.10 πLink Function

The Z60 Pro supports πLink for multi-device interconnection, allowing you to view real-time recordings from multiple networked devices on a single mobile phone and perform operations like video playback and downloading.

• Note: πLink functionality will be activated via a future OTA firmware update.

Remove the memory card, insert it into a card reader, connect to a computer, and access the "DCIM" folder to view o editar files.

• 201 Photo: Voice-triggered photos and collision-triggered photos. Front camera snapshots are prefixed with "N," collision-triggered photos with "G".
• For dual-channel devices, "200video" and "201photo" directories are subdivided into "front" and "rear" folders.

View/Export eMMC Data

Use a Type-C data cable (not included) to connect the dash cam to a computer, open the "DCIM" folder, and browse or edit files.

5.6 What should I do if the time is incorrect?

Connect your device to your mobile phone via the DDPAI app, and ensure the app is connected to the camera's Wi-Fi. The camera will automatically synchronize the phone time.

5.7 What is AI-ISP?

AI-ISP technology uses massive data learning to identify and analyze image content, adjusting parameters for clearer details and accurate color reproduction. The Z60 Pro's AI-ISP provides bright and clear night parking monitoring images, similar to daytime.

5.8 How to use the SR mode?

In the video playback and download interface, use the SR switch to select whether to display the SR effect.

5.9 Why can't I see the SR effect?

1. First, check if the device is successfully positioned.
2. After successful positioning, the app will connect for a few minutes, then download the video to apply the SR effect. If no SR effect appears, contact customer service.

5.10 Cannot use the remote viewing function?

1. Ensure the device is operating normally and the 4G network is available. The 4G-cloud box should broadcast "4G network connected" when powered on.
2. Ensure your mobile phone's wireless network or data network can access the Internet.

5.11 When using the remote viewing function, the screen prompts "Retry"?

This may be due to a poor 4G signal. Move to a location with a strong signal and try again.
