2. Instruccions de seguretat

5. Configuració
Follow these steps to set up your VEVOR GFK160 Liquid Filling Machine:
- Desembalatge: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Posicionament: Place the main machine unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure there is enough space around the machine for operation and ventilation.
- Assemble Filling Nozzle and Stand:
- Attach the metal stand rod to the side of the main unit using the provided screws and wrench.
- Slide the nozzle holder onto the stand rod and secure it at the desired height for your containers.
- Insert the anti-drip filling nozzle into the holder.
- Connect Inlet Tube:
- Connect one end of the silicone tube to the inlet port on the back of the machine.
- Attach the filter mesh to the other end of the silicone tube.
- Place the filter mesh end into your liquid supply container.
- Connect Outlet Tube:
- Connect the shorter silicone tube to the outlet port on the front of the machine, leading to the anti-drip nozzle.

6. Funcionament
The GFK160 offers both automatic and manual control modes for flexible operation.

The machine is controlled by a microcomputer via the LED display monitor. You can adjust filling volume and speed using the control buttons. The filling volume is determined by a combination of speed control and time control.

- To power on, flip the red power switch located on the back of the machine to the 'ON' position.
- To power off, flip the power switch to the 'OFF' position.
6.3 Setting Filling Parameters
Refer to the control panel (Figure 8) for specific button functions. Typically, you will use buttons to:

- Manual Mode (Foot Pedal): For individual fills, use the foot pedal. Each press of the foot pedal will initiate one filling cycle according to the programmed volume. This mode is useful for smaller batches or precise control.

7. Manteniment
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your filling machine.
