3.2. Connexió física

To set up your expansion board:

  2. Gently press the development board into place, ensuring all pins are securely seated.

3.3. Font d'alimentació

Connect a DC power adapter (not included) to the DC2.1 power supply interface (labeled '4' in Figure 1). The power supply should provide a voltage between 6.5V and 9V. Ensure the polarity is correct.

The expansion board breaks out all the GPIO pins from the connected ESP32-S3 development board, making them easily accessible for your projects. Refer to Figure 4 for a detailed pinout diagram of the ESP32-S3 development board.

The expansion board also provides dedicated 3.3V and 5V output pins (labeled '2' and '3' in Figure 1) for powering external components or modules.

4.2. Programming and Development

Once your ESP32-S3 development board is mounted on the expansion board and powered, you can proceed with your usual development workflow. Use the standard ESP-IDF, Arduino IDE, or other compatible development environments to program your ESP32-S3. The expansion board simply provides easier access to the pins and power.
