4. Configuració i instal·lació

4.1 Instal·lació física
The GRD9L-R is designed for DIN rail mounting (EN/IEC 60715). Ensure sufficient space for ventilation and access to controls.
4.2 Esquema de cablejat
Refer to the wiring diagram below for proper connection. The device can cooperate with both RCCB and MCB units. Ensure correct polarity and secure connections for all terminals.

5.1 Selecció del mode
- Mode AUTOMÀTIC: The auto reclosing function is enabled. The device will automatically attempt to reclose the circuit after a trip.
- MANU Mode: The auto reclosing function is disabled. The MCB/RCCB can only be opened and closed manually.
5.2 Indicadors d'estat
The device features an LED indicator:
- LED verd: Indicates stable power supply.
- LED vermell: Indicates that the MCB/RCCB has tripped. After a delay, the device will attempt to reclose, and if successful, the green LED will illuminate.
5.3 Auto Reclosing Logic
In AUTO mode, the GRD9L-R follows a specific reclosing sequence after a trip:
- 1st Attempt: After 10 seconds, the device attempts to reclose. If successful, the cycle resets.
- 2nd Attempt: If the 1st attempt fails, after 60 seconds, it attempts to reclose again.
- 3rd Attempt: If the 2nd attempt fails, after 300 seconds, it attempts to reclose a third time.
- Bloqueig: If the 3rd attempt fails, the device enters a lockout state for 15 minutes. During this time, continuous closing failure will send an alarm via auxiliary contact.
The power delay before the first reclosing attempt is 2 seconds. The closing times can be manually cleared by switching the mode from AUTO to MANU and then back to AUTO.
