3. Configuració
The MERACH E34 elliptical machine comes 100% pre-assembled and requires no installation. It is ready to use right out of the box.
- Desembalar: Carefully remove the elliptical machine and all accessories from the packaging.
- Col·locació: Place the elliptical on a stable, level surface. Ensure the anti-slip base mats are securely positioned to prevent movement during exercise. It can be placed under a desk, in front of a sofa, or in any convenient location for seated use.

The Automatic Mode offers 12 pre-set programs (P1-P12) that automatically adjust speed and direction for a varied workout. These programs are categorized for different training needs:
