5. Guia d'instal·lació

The installation process involves removing the door panel, replacing the speaker covers, and connecting the new ambient lighting system. The method is similar for all four doors.

• Tornavís Torx T30
• Tornavís Torx T20

• Ultrasonic welding tool or small screws (provided)

1. Prepara la porta: Carefully open the car door.

2. Unscrew T30 Screws: Locate and unscrew the two T30 screws inside the speaker ring.

3. Remove Door Panel: Carefully remove the door panel. Use plastic pry tools to avoid damaging the trim. Once loose, unplug any connecting wires at the back of the panel.

4. Remove Original Speaker Cover (Outer): Cut off the original ultrasonic welding points of the vehicle's speaker cover.

5. Secure New Speaker Cover (Outer): Install the new luminous cover plate in the correct position. Secure it using ultrasonic welding or the provided screws.

6. Remove Original Speaker Cover (Inner): Cut off the original ultrasonic welding points within the inner circle of the speaker cover. Then, remove the two T20 screws.

7. Install New Speaker Cover (Inner): Install the new luminous cover plate in the correct position. Secure it using ultrasonic welding or the provided screws.

8. Connect Control Module: Connect the control module plug to the original wheel profile light or handle light wiring. This ensures synchronization with the car's existing ambient lighting system.

9. Torneu a muntar el panell de la porta: Reconnect any unplugged wires to the door panel. Carefully reattach the door panel, ensuring all clips are properly aligned and secured. Reinstall the T30 screws.

Nota: The installation method is identical for all four doors.

The Auchi LED Metal Speaker Luminous Covers are designed to synchronize with your Mercedes Benz E Class W214's original ambient lighting system. There is no separate control unit for these lights; they will automatically match the color and intensity settings of your vehicle's factory ambient lighting.
