Introducció

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your BigBigRoad Car DVR Rearview Mirror Video Recorder Dash Camera. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and safety. This device is designed to record video footage from both the front and rear of your vehicle, offering features such as loop recording, G-sensor protection, night vision, and parking monitoring.

Configuració

1. Mounting the DVR Rearview Mirall

1. Place the DVR unit over your existing rearview mirall.
2. Secure the DVR to your original rearview mirror using the provided rubber rings. Ensure it is firmly attached and does not obstruct your view.

1. Connect the car charger to the DVR unit's power input port.

1. Mount the rear camera on the rear of your vehicle, typically above the license plate or inside the rear window, ensuring a clear view.
2. Connect the rear camera cable to the AV-IN port on the DVR unit.
3. Route the rear camera cable from the back of the car to the front, concealing it within the vehicle's interior trim.
4. For automatic display of the rear camera when reversing, connect the red wire (Reversing 12V+) of the rear camera cable to your car's reverse light power supply (12V+). Connect the black wire (GND -) to a ground point.

4. Inseriu la targeta de memòria

Insert a Class 10 or higher Micro SD/TF card (up to 256GB, not included unless specified in your purchase) into the designated slot on the DVR unit. Ensure the card is inserted correctly.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Encendre/apagar

• The DVR will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts (receives power from the cigarette lighter).
• It will automatically power off when the vehicle is turned off (power supply is cut).
• You can manually power on/off the device using the power button if available.

2. Interfície de pantalla tàctil

The 7-inch IPS screen provides a clear display and allows for easy navigation through the menu options. Tap on the icons to access different functions such as Car DVR (recording), Photograph, Playback, and Settings.

3. Modes d'enregistrament

• Gravació amb doble càmera: The DVR simultaneously records video from both the front and rear cameras in Full HD 1080P.
• Enregistrament en bucle: This feature ensures continuous recording. When the memory card is full, the DVR automatically overwrites the oldest unlocked files, preventing any second-by-second data loss.

4. Sensor G (enregistrament d'emergència)

The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden braking, acceleration, or impact. In such events, it automatically locks and saves the current video footage to a special folder, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. The sensitivity of the G-Sensor can be adjusted in the settings menu.

5. Monitor d'aparcament

When enabled, the parking monitor feature allows the DVR to automatically start recording if it detects a collision or vibration while your vehicle is parked. This provides surveillance even when you are away from your car.

6. Visió nocturna

The DVR is equipped with a super night vision lens, providing clear image quality even in low-light conditions. This significantly improves visibility and recording quality during nighttime driving compared to ordinary lenses.

7. Picture-in-Picture Display

The DVR supports various display modes, including Picture-in-Picture, allowing you to view both front and rear camera feeds simultaneously on the screen. You can switch between different display forms by pressing the 'Down' button or navigating through the touch screen options.

Manteniment

• Neteja: Use the provided clean wiper or a soft, lint-free cloth to gently clean the screen and camera lenses. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Targeta de memòria: Regularly format your memory card (at least once a month) through the DVR's settings menu to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption. Replace the memory card if you notice frequent errors or degraded performance.

Resolució de problemes

• DVR not turning on:
  • Ensure the car charger is properly connected to both the DVR and the car's cigarette lighter.
  • Check if the car's cigarette lighter socket is functioning.
  • Verify that the car's ignition is on.
• DVR not recording:
  • Check if a memory card is inserted correctly.
  • Ensure the memory card is a Class 10 or higher and is not full. Format the card if necessary.
  • Verify that loop recording is enabled in the settings.
• La càmera posterior no mostra:
  • Check the connection of the rear camera cable to the DVR's AV-IN port.
  • Ensure the rear camera itself is not damaged.
  • If using the reversing assist feature, confirm the red wire is correctly connected to the reverse light's 12V+ power.
• Vídeo footage is blurry or unclear:
  • Clean the front and rear camera lenses.

• Gestió de targetes de memòria: Always use a high-quality, genuine Class 10 (or higher) Micro SD card from a reputable brand. Generic or low-quality cards can lead to recording errors or data loss. Regularly back up important footage and format the card to maintain performance.
• Col·locació òptima: When mounting the DVR, ensure it does not obstruct your view of the road or interfere with airbags. For the rear camera, aim for a central placement that provides the widest possible view de la zona darrere del seu vehicle.
