1. Introducció

The CYCPLUS M1 is a smart GPS bike computer designed to provide comprehensive cycling data. It features GPS integration for accurate real-time tracking, Bluetooth 5.0 for seamless smartphone connectivity, and ANT+ compatibility for external sensors. Its robust design includes IPX6 waterproofing and a large 2.9-inch LCD display with automatic backlighting for enhanced visibility in various conditions.

4. Configuració

4.1 Instal·lació del dispositiu

1. Using the included rubber bands, securely attach the bike computer mount to your handlebar or stem by crossing the bands diagonally.
2. With the CYCPLUS bike computer mount (or a compatible Z1/Z2 mount, sold separately), fix the M1 onto the mount's base by twisting it clockwise until it clicks into place.

4.2 Engegada inicial i adquisició GPS

1. Press the left button [►II] to turn on the device.
2. For initial GPS signal acquisition, ensure the device is static and in an open, barrier-free area. This process may take a few minutes. The GPS icon will appear on the screen once the signal is acquired.

4.3 ANT+ Sensor Connection

The M1 is compatible with various ANT+ sensors such as heart rate monitors, speed & cadence sensors, and powermeters.

1. Long press the right button [⇌] to enter the settings menu.
2. Press the right button [⇌] repeatedly to navigate to the 'ANT+ Sensors Connection' page (C2).
3. Press the left button [►II] to start searching for available ANT+ sensors.
4. Once a sensor is found and connected, its data will appear on the screen.
5. To unpair all connected sensors, navigate to page C9 and press the left button [►II].

4.4 Configuració del dispositiu

To access and adjust device settings:

1. Long press the right button [⇌] to enter the settings menu.
2. Press the right button [⇌] to cycle through the 8 setting pages (C2-C9).
3. Use the left button [►II] to initiate a setting adjustment, the mid button [◎] to switch digits/options, and the right button [⇌] to modify values.
4. Press the left button [►II] to confirm and exit a setting.
5. Long press the right button [⇌] to return to the home page after completing all settings.

• Wheel Circumference (C3): Essential for accurate speed and distance. Refer to the 'Tire Circumference Chart' (Page 31 of the PDF manual) for correct values.
• Time Zone (C4): Set your local time zone for correct time display.
• Speed Unit (C5): Switch between KMH and MPH.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Recording a Ride

1. After GPS signal acquisition (GPS icon visible), press the left button [►II] to start recording. The recording icon [►] will appear.
2. During the ride, press the mid button [◎] to count a lap.
3. To pause recording, press the left button [►II]. Press again to resume.
4. To save the recording data, long press the mid button [◎]. The recording icon [►] will disappear, indicating data is saved.
5. To power off the device, long press the left button [►II].

5.2 Visualització de dades

The M1 features a 2.9-inch large LCD screen that displays various cycling metrics. You can cycle through different data pages by pressing the right button [⇌].

5.3 App Synchronization (XOSS App)

The M1 supports Bluetooth 5.0 for quick data synchronization with the XOSS app on your smartphone.

1. Download the 'XOSS' app from Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iPhone).
2. Register an account using your email address.

5.4 Strava/TrainingPeaks Integration

The XOSS app allows you to link your Strava or TrainingPeaks accounts for professional data analysis.

1. Within the XOSS app, navigate to your personal profile.
2. Find 'Strava / TrainingPeaks' and click to connect.
3. Log in using your Strava or TrainingPeaks account credentials. (Note: Google and Facebook login options are not supported for this integration).
4. Once linked, your cycling data will automatically sync to Strava/TrainingPeaks after being synced to the XOSS app.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Càrrega

The M1 is equipped with a 1200mAh 3.7V rechargeable battery, offering 30-35 hours of endurance. Use the provided Type-C charging cable. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours.

6.2 Impermeabilització

The device is rated IPX6 waterproof, meaning it can withstand rain and splashes. However, it is not designed for prolonged submersion; avoid soaking it in water.

6.3 Gestió de la memòria

The M1 has 16M of internal memory, capable of storing approximately 150 hours of cycling data. When the memory is full, the device will automatically overwrite the oldest records chronologically.

7. Solució De Problemes

• Sense senyal GPS: Ensure you are in an open, barrier-free outdoor area. Remain static for a few minutes after powering on to allow the device to acquire satellites.
• Data Not Syncing to App: Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Verify that the M1 is correctly connected to the XOSS app. If integrating with Strava/TrainingPeaks, ensure the XOSS app is properly linked to those platforms.
• Screen Backlight Issues: The backlight automatically activates between 18:00 and 9:00. Pressing any button will illuminate the screen for 10 seconds. If the backlight is not functioning as expected, check the temperature unit settings (C6) as some settings might affect display behavior.
• El dispositiu no respon / es bloqueja: If the device becomes unresponsive, you can perform a factory reset. Navigate to the 'Factory Reset' page (C7) in the settings menu and long press the mid button [◎]. The computer will automatically power off after the reset.

8. Consells d'usuari

• Always Save Your Ride: After completing a ride, remember to long-press the mid button [◎] to save your recording data. This prevents accidental loss of your valuable cycling metrics.
• Optimize GPS Acquisition: For the fastest and most accurate GPS lock, power on your M1 in an open area with a clear view of the sky and keep it stationary for a minute or two before starting your ride.
