2. Primers passos
2.1. Getting to Know Your MP3 Player
Familiarize yourself with the physical components and ports of your SWOFY M4 MP3 Player.
This diagram illustrates the device's layout, including the TF Card Slot, Volume +/-, Power ON/OFF buttons, USB-C Port, 2.4-inch TFT Full Touch screen, 3.5mm Headphone jack, and Reset hole. Dimensions are approximately 70mm (height) x 50mm (width) x 10mm (depth), weighing 79g.
2.2. Charging the MP3 Player
To charge your MP3 player, use the supplied USB cable. Connect it to your computer or a 5V-1A wall charger.
The device features a 300mAh battery and charges via a USB Type-C port. A full charge takes 1-3 hours.
Atenció: Use only a 5V-1A charger for charging. Using an incompatible charger may lead to product failure.
2.3. Switching the Unit On/Off
- Per encendre: Tap and hold the Power ON/OFF button for 3 seconds.
- Per apagar: Tap the Power ON/OFF button. The screen will display "Power off" to confirm the unit is switching off.
2.4. Basic Audio Functions

2.5. Transferència de dades
Connect your MP3 player to your computer using the supplied USB cable. You can transfer media files by dragging and dropping them as if it were a flash drive. Alternatively, use music management software like Windows Media Player (note: this function does not work with iTunes).

2.6. Headphones and Speaker
- The MP3 player supports headphones with an impedance of 16Ω or 32Ω.
- It features a built-in HD speaker for direct audio playback.
2.7. Reinicialització del dispositiu
If the device becomes unresponsive, you can reset it by gently poking the reset hole (located near the headphone jack) with a thin needle, or by holding the power button for 15 seconds.

3.1. Reproducció de música
Tap the 'Music' icon on the main screen to access your music library. You will find lists such as 'All songs', 'Last played', 'Artists', 'Albums', 'Genres', and 'Playlists'. The device supports playback from internal memory and an inserted TF card.
The screen displays current song information, playback controls (play/pause, next/previous track), and options for playback modes and equalizer settings.

Modes de reproducció:
- Sequential Play: Plays songs in order.
- All Repeat: Repeats all songs in the current list.
- Cicle únic: Repeteix la cançó actual.
- Barreja: Reprodueix cançons en ordre aleatori.
- AB Repetició: Repeats a specific section of a song.
- Equalitzador: Adjusts audio frequencies for customized sound.

Atenció:
- Only 8000 music tracks can be displayed in the music lists. To find complete tracks, navigate to the folders.
- If music tracks are not recognized, contact customer service with the files for checking.
- Música files are sorted by ASCII code: Arabic numerals (001, 002, 003...) then English letters (A-Z).
3.2. Movie Playback
The device supports AMV & AVI video formats with a resolution of 240*320. Tap the 'Movie' icon to browse and play video files from internal memory or TF card.
3.3. Ràdio FM
Tap the 'FM Radio' icon to access the radio function.
Gravació FM:
In the FM menu, select 'Stations' to manage and record FM broadcasts.
Choosing FM Band:
Enter the FM settings menu and tap 'Auto tune'. The device supports common bands (87.0 MHZ ~ 108.0 MHZ), Japan band (76MHZ ~ 90MHZ), and Euro band (87.0 MHZ ~ 108.0 MHZ).
Bluetooth Pairing for FM Radio:
When listening to FM radio via Bluetooth, wired headphones are required to act as the radio antenna.
3.4. Connectivitat Bluetooth
The SWOFY M4 features Bluetooth 5.3 for stable and fast transmission to earphones, headsets, and speakers.
The device supports Bluetooth 5.3 for connecting to compatible audio accessories.
How to Pair with Bluetooth Speaker or Headset:
- Turn on your Bluetooth speaker or headset and enable its Bluetooth pairing mode.
- On your MP3 player, turn on Bluetooth mode and initiate a search for nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Once the search is successful, select your Bluetooth device from the list to begin pairing.
Atenció:
- The MP3 player cannot be paired with smartphones.
- AAC-LC music format is not supported in Bluetooth playback mode.
- Video, Photo, and Recorder functions cannot be used in Bluetooth Mode.
3.5. Folder Navigation
Tap the 'Folder' icon to browse files directament. Files are sorted by edit time, with the most recently added files appearing at the top. Renaming or modifying a file will move it to the bottom of the list. This sorting behavior applies only to 'Folder' view, not 'Music' view.
Atenció: Don't forget to add a bookmark when using audiobooks.
3.6. Gravadora
The 'Recorder' function allows you to record audio. It's useful for classes, speeches, or meetings. Tap the 'Recorder' icon to start, manage, and play back recordings.

Tap the 'E-Book' icon to view llibre electrònic files. The device supports ONLY TXT format files.
3.8. Configuració
Tap the 'Settings' icon to configure various device options, including Language, Display settings, Sleep timer, Power Off Timer, Date and time, Information, Format device, and Factory settings.

5. Troubleshooting & User Tips
- Problemes de càrrega: Always use a 5V-1A charger to prevent product damage.
- Computer Detection: If your computer doesn't recognize the MP3 player, try updating your USB driver or using a different USB cable.
- Música File Reconeixement: Si música files are not recognized, ensure they are in a supported format (MP3, WAV, APE, WMA, FLAC, AAC-LC). Contact customer service if issues persist.
- Music List Limit: Only 8000 music tracks are displayed in the main music lists. For all tracks, use the 'Folder' view.
- File Ordenació: Files in 'Folder' view are sorted by edit time. Renaming a file will move it to the bottom of the list.
- Audiollibres: Remember to add bookmarks when listening to audiobooks.
- Limitacions del Bluetooth: The MP3 player cannot pair with smartphones. AAC-LC music format is not supported in Bluetooth mode. Video, Photo, and Recorder functions are unavailable when Bluetooth is active.
- FM Radio via Bluetooth: Wired headphones must be connected to act as an antenna when listening to FM radio via Bluetooth.
