4. Configuració

4.1 Instruccions de cablejat

Assegureu-vos que l'entrada voltage of your power supply matches the controller's requirements (DC 5-24V). Connect the LED strip to the controller's output terminals. Pay attention to the polarity (V+, Data, GND).

For models with quick connect ports, follow these steps:

1. Open the connector upwards.
2. Press down after inserting the wire.
3. Wiring is complete, and the product is ready for use.

Choose a suitable DC 12~24V power adapter. For models with a DC plug, ensure it is a 5.5x2.1mm specification.

4.3 DIN Rail Installation (for GL-DR-009WL)

The GL-DR-009WL model is designed for easy installation on a 35mm electrical DIN rail.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Descàrrega i connexió de l'aplicació

The controller can be managed via the WLED app (iOS/Android).

• iOS: Search and download "WLED" in the App Store.

5.2 APP Configuration Steps

1. Open your phone's settings and enter WiFi settings. Find the hotspot named "WLED-AP" and connect to it using the password "wled1234".
2. After a successful connection, your device should automatically jump to the WLED page. If not, open a web navegador i entreu 4.3.2.1 to access the WLED page.
3. Click on "WIFI SETTINGS" within the WLED interface. Set your preferred WiFi account (SSID) and password, then click "Save & Connect" at the top of the screen.
4. Open the WLED app. Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner, then select "DISCOVER LIGHTS...". When the button displays "Found WLED!", your controller is successfully connected.

5.3 LED Preferences and Color Order Correction

If you find that the colors displayed by your LED strip are incorrect (e.g., red appears blue), you need to adjust the color order in the WLED app:

1. In the WLED app, click 'Config'.
2. Then click 'LED Preferences'.
3. You should set the type of strip light, color order (e.g., RGB, GRB, BRG), and the IC quantity (length) of the lamp beads to match your LED strip.

5.4 Button Functions (for controllers with physical buttons)

For controllers with an 'OPT' button (e.g., GL-C-009WL, waterproof models):

5.5 WLED Remote Control Functions (GL-RC-001WL)

The WLED remote control offers various functions for convenient operation:

• Preset Scene selection
• Sleep Mode activation

5.6 Microphone Function

Some models feature a built-in sensitive microphone, allowing the LED lights to synchronize with the rhythm of music, creating dynamic audio-visual effects.

5.7 Microphone Configuration (for firmware version 0.14 and above)

After resetting the controller, the microphone parameters need to be configured for the first time. The device needs to be restarted after configuration.

6. Manteniment

• Do not use the device in direct sunlight, high humidity, or other areas of high temperature.
• Avoid using the controller near metal areas and high magnetic fields, as this may adversely affect the control distance.
• When the device loads 15A, the cable diameter should be greater than 1.5mm².
• The working temperature range is -20~45°C.

• Colors incorrectes: If the LED strip displays incorrect colors, adjust the 'Color Order' in the WLED app's 'LED Preferences' (refer to Section 5.3).
• No Connection to WLED-AP: Ensure your phone's WiFi is on and you are searching for the correct hotspot name "WLED-AP". The default password is "wled1234".
• Controller Unresponsive: Try resetting the controller by long-pressing the 'OPT' button for 10 seconds (if available) or power cycling the device.
• Problemes d'actualització del firmware: Always confirm that the chip version information of the firmware matches your controller's chip (ESP32 or ESP8266) before updating. Incorrect firmware can cause product damage.

8. Firmware Update (OTA)

The controller supports Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware updates. The updated exposed Type-C UART interface also simplifies firmware updates.

1. Enter the WLED controller that needs to be updated and click on "Settings".
2. Select "Security & Updates".
3. Find "Software Update", click on "Manual OTA Update" to enter.
4. Click on "Select File", locate the firmware file that needs to be updated on your device.
5. Then click on "Upload".

Note: Before upgrading, carefully confirm whether the chip information matches the firmware. For example, ESP32 controller needs to use ESP32 firmware. Incorrect firmware updates can lead to product damage.
