1. Introducció

The Kodak Ultra F9/F9S is a user-friendly, reusable 35mm film camera designed for capturing everyday moments with a classic, retro feel. Unlike disposable cameras, the Ultra F9/F9S allows you to load new rolls of 35mm film, offering an environmentally conscious and cost-effective way to enjoy film photography. 5. Configuració

5.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

  1. Localitzeu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria al cos de la càmera.
  2. Open the cover and insert one (1) AAA alkaline battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely. The flash will not operate without a battery.

5.2 Càrrega de pel·lícules

The Kodak Ultra F9/F9S uses standard 35mm film (135 Film format).

  1. Open the film door latch on the side of the camera and open the back cover.
  2. Insert a new roll of 35mm film into the film chamber on the left side.
  3. Pull the film leader across to the take-up spool on the right side and insert the tip into one of the slots.
  4. Turn the film advance wheel slightly to ensure the film is securely engaged with the take-up spool.
  5. Close the back cover firmly until it latches.
  6. Advance the film by turning the film advance wheel and press the shutter button (without taking a picture) two or three times until the film counter shows '1'. This ensures the unexposed film is ready for the first shot.

6. Funcionament de la càmera

6.1 Fer fotos

  2. Press the shutter button gently but firmly to take a picture.
  3. After each shot, manually turn the film advance wheel until it stops, preparing the next frame.

6.2 Ús del flaix integrat

The built-in flash is essential for low-light conditions or for adding fill light in bright conditions.

  1. To activate the flash, slide the flash switch to the 'ON' position.
  2. Wait a few seconds for the flash to charge. A red indicator light (if present) will illuminate when ready.
  3. Take your photo as usual.
  4. To conserve battery, slide the flash switch to the 'OFF' position when not in use.

6.3 Rewinding and Unloading Film

Once you have taken all the pictures on your film roll, you must rewind the film back into its canister before opening the camera back.

  1. Locate the film rewind crank on the top of the camera.
  2. Turn the rewind crank clockwise until you feel the tension release and the film is fully rewound into the canister.
  3. Open the film door latch and carefully remove the film canister.
  4. Take the exposed film roll to a photo developing lab for processing.

7. Manteniment

7.1 Neteja

  • Store the camera in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and dust.
