The EARU Mini Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is a compact and efficient device designed to automatically switch between two power sources, such as solar energy and city power, ensuring an uninterrupted power supply. It features both automatic and manual operation modes, providing flexibility and reliability for various applications.

2. Configuració i instal·lació
This ATS is designed for easy installation on a 35MM Din Rail. Ensure all connections are secure and follow local electrical codes.
2.1 Cablejat de terminals
The terminal wiring area accommodates wires from 1-25mm². The wire connection screws are M5, and the recommended torque is 2.5N.m.

2.3 Muntatge
The device can be directly installed onto a 35MM Din Rail, commonly found in household lighting distribution boxes. It features securing clips for easy installation.

3. Instruccions de funcionament
The ATS offers both automatic and manual operation modes to manage power transfer between sources.
3.1 Mode automàtic
In automatic mode, the ATS will seamlessly switch power sources in the event of a primary power supply failure. The transfer action time is less than 20 milliseconds, ensuring minimal disruption.

Operation in Automatic Mode:
- When the switch is in the common power position, and both common and standby power have power, it remains in the common power position. If common power fails, it switches to the standby power position.
- When the switch is in the standby position, and common power fails but standby has power, it remains in standby. If common power is restored, it switches back to common power.
- If common power is not available and standby is not available, when the PV (Solar) is calling, it will remain in the standby position and will not switch to common power.
Note: The common/standby power supply should be 230V AC. If it is a DC or low voltage power supply, it needs an inverter to convert it to 230V AC (Inverter to AC can only be used for City Grid-PV Energy. City Grid-Generator and City Grid-City Grid can not be used for the inverter).
3.2 Mode manual
The device features a manual handle and adjustment buttons for direct control over the power supply selection.

Important: When operating manually, the mode selection switch must be in the 'Manual' position. Do not attempt to manually switch the grey button handle while in 'AUTO' mode, as this may damage the internal coil.

4. Manteniment

- Material: Made from PA66 flame-retardant material, ensuring high heat resistance, insulation, and safety.
- Contactes: Utilizes industrial-grade silver contacts, which significantly enhance the product's lifespan and conductivity.
- Durabilitat: Designed for a mechanical durability of ≥6000 times and electrical endurance of ≥1500 times.
Regular visual inspection for any signs of wear or damage is recommended. Ensure terminals are free from dust and debris. No user-serviceable parts inside; refer to qualified personnel for repairs.

5. Solució De Problemes
If you encounter issues with your ATS, consider the following:
- Sense commutació automàtica: Ensure the mode selection switch is set to 'AUTO'.
- Manual Operation Issues: Verify the mode selection switch is set to 'MANU' before attempting manual adjustments. Operating the manual handle in 'AUTO' mode can cause damage.
