1. Introducció

4. Configuració

4.1 Assembling the Microphone

1. Attach the microphone to the provided desktop stand. Ensure it is securely fastened.
2. Position the microphone on a stable surface, ideally close to your mouth for optimal sound capture.

4.2 Connexió al dispositiu (Plug and Play)

The MAONO DM40/DM40 Pro offers both wireless and wired connectivity.

Connexió sense fil:

1. Insert the USB-C wireless receiver dongle directly into a USB-C port on your computer, laptop, PS5, or smartphone.
2. If your device only has USB-A ports, attach the provided USB-A adapter to the USB-C wireless receiver dongle, then plug it into a USB-A port.
3. The microphone will automatically connect to the receiver. A successful connection is usually indicated by an LED light on the microphone.

Connexió per cable:

1. Connect one end of the USB-C to USB-A cable to the USB-C port on the microphone.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB-A port on your computer, laptop, or PS4/PS5.
3. The microphone will be recognized as an audio input device.

4.3 Configuració inicial del dispositiu

After connecting, your operating system (Windows, macOS, PlayStation, Android) should automatically detect the microphone. You may need to select the MAONO DM40/DM40 Pro as your default input and output device in your system's sound settings or within your recording/streaming software.

5.1 Power On/Off & RGB Lighting

• Botó d'encesa: The Mic Power/RGB button controls the microphone's power. Press and hold to turn on or off.
• Il·luminació RGB: Short press the Mic Power/RGB button to cycle through different RGB lighting modes and colors (DM40: 8 colors, 3 modes; DM40 Pro: Programmable RGB). Further customization is available via the Maono Link software.

5.2 Microphone Gain Control

• Pom de guany: Rotate the large knob on the front of the microphone to adjust the microphone input gain. Adjust this to ensure your voice is clear and not clipping (distorted).

5.3 Headphone Monitoring & Volume

• Auriculars Jack: Plug your headphones into the 3.5mm jack on the microphone for real-time, zero-latency monitoring of your audio.
• Guany d'auriculars: Short press the main gain knob to switch between microphone gain and headphone gain adjustment. Rotate the knob to control your headphone volume.
• Mic Monitor Switch: Use the physical switch on the back of the microphone to toggle microphone monitoring on or off.

• DM40: Features 6 AI voice characters.
• DM40 Pro: Features 10 AI voice characters.

5.7 EQ Adjustment and Scene Presets

Fine-tune your audio output using the Maono Link/Arena software.

6. Manteniment
