7. Configuració i ús inicial
7.1 Càrrega del dispositiu
The HFS-20PRO comes with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Before first use, or if the device has been stored for a long time, ensure it is fully charged.
- Connecteu el cable USB tipus C proporcionat al port de càrrega del dispositiu.
- Connecteu l'altre extrem del cable a un adaptador de corrent USB estàndard (no inclòs) o a un port USB de l'ordinador.
- The green indicator light will be on during charging.
- The green light will turn off once the battery is fully charged.
Note: Always charge the device in time to maintain detection accuracy. If the particle sound is enabled, the battery endurance time may be shortened.
8. Instruccions de funcionament
8.1 Encès/Apagat
- Per encendre: Long press the "‖" button for 3 seconds.
- Per apagar: Long press the "‖" button for 3 seconds.
Note: If the "⏰" icon appears at the top of the screen (indicating a scheduled measurement is active), the device cannot be shut down. Enter the "Schedule" page to stop the timing first, then shut down.
8.2 Navigation and Menu Overview
Use the "◀" i "▶" buttons to navigate through menus and adjust values. The "‖" button confirms selections.
8.3 Radiation Measurement
From the main interface, click "Measure" to view real-time radiation data:
- Taxa de dosi: Instantaneous radiation dose rate (e.g., µSv/h, µR/h).
- Dose Rate AVG: Average dose rate.
- CPM: Counts Per Minute.
- Total Dose: Accumulated radiation dose.
Mode de prova:
- Lent: Default mode. Includes an internal filtering algorithm to avoid false alarms from external interference. Measurement delay is greater than 5 seconds.
- Ràpid: For measuring transient X-rays or pulse radiation (e.g., from CT machines). Switch to this mode for quicker response.
8.4 Schedule (Timed Measurements)
This function allows you to set a delayed start and a specific measurement duration.
- Enter the "Schedule" menu.
- Set the start delay time (00-99 hours, minutes, seconds).
- Set the measurement time (00-999 hours).
- Click the "‖" button to start.
The device will count down the delay time. Once the delay countdown reaches zero, the instantaneous value, average value, and accumulated dose will be zeroed, and the device will begin counting radiation dose and cumulative dose rate for the set measurement time. At the end of the measurement time, the data is automatically stored in history.
8.5 Records (Historical Data)
The device automatically records data after each timed measurement. It can save up to 100 groups of historical records. When the memory is full, the oldest record will be overwritten by new data.
8.6 Suprimir dades
In this interface, you can delete current or historical data.
- Delete Current Data: Removes the average dose rate and cumulative time from the radiation measurement page.
- Delete History Data: Deletes all historical data records.
Note: If the "⏰" icon is on the screen, data deletion cannot be performed. Stop any active scheduled measurements first.
8.7 Configuració d'alarma
The HFS-20PRO features sound and light dual alarms. You can set custom alarm thresholds.
- Over-limit Alarm Setting Range:
- Dose Rate: 0.2uSv/h - 999uSv/h (or 20µR/h - 99.9Mr/h)
- Total Dose: 1uSv - 100000uSv (or 0.1Mr - 10000mR)
When the detected value exceeds the set alarm threshold, the detector will activate both sound and light alarms.
8.8 Unit and Language Settings
In the "Unit" interface, you can switch between measurement units and display languages.
- Unitats de mesura: Switch between "uSv" and "uR".
- Idiomes: Canvia entre xinès i anglès.
8.9 Configuració de so
The "Sound" interface allows you to adjust alarm volume and enable/disable count sounds.
- Volum de l'alarma: Set the desired volume level. Setting to '0' will turn off the alarm sound.
- Count Sound: Toggle "ON" or "OFF" for the audible click sound during detection.
8.10 Configuració del rellotge
In this interface, you can set the device's internal clock (year-month-day and hour:minute:second).
8.11 Sleep Settings
Configure power-saving options in the "Sleep" interface.
- Screen Sleep (min): Set the time after which the screen will turn off. Select "to keep screen constant light" for always-on display.
- Auto Shutdown (hour): Set the time after which the device will automatically power off if inactive.
- Brillantor de la pantalla: Adjust the screen brightness level (0-10).
8.12 Calibration Factor
The calibration factor can be adjusted for precise measurements. This is an advanced setting.
- Premsa "‖" to enter the delete surface.
- Double click "Calibration factor" at the bottom of the screen.
- A "Password:0000" prompt will appear.
- Click the right button "▶" to change the password to "0018" (for calibrating errors 200uSv/h~1uSv/h) or "0020" (for calibrating errors above 200uSv/h).
- Feu clic a "‖" to confirm.
- Use the left "◀" or right "▶" button to modify the calibration factor.
- Finally, click "‖" to save the modified parameter.
Note: By default, C1=1.00, C2=1.00. Calibration factor C1 * C2 = personal dose equivalent rate Hp(10) Reference value / instrument indication value.
9. Manteniment
- Cura de la bateria: If the device is not used for a long time, ensure the battery is fully charged before storage. Charge promptly when the battery level is low to maintain detection accuracy.
- Vibració: The sensor is sensitive to vibration. Avoid severe impacts or vibrations, as this may cause false alarms or damage the device.
