Follow the wiring diagram carefully to connect your IP monitor to the outdoor doorbell unit, power supply, network, and optional electronic lock or additional monitors.
- Connect the outdoor Door Phone to the main Monitor using a 4-core cable.
- Connect the Power adapter to the Monitor.
- For network connectivity, connect a LAN cable to the Monitor's RJ45 port or configure Wi-Fi.
- If using an optional Electronic Lock, connect it to the Door Phone.
- For multiple indoor monitors, connect the 'Next monitor' (optional) to the main Monitor using a 4-core cable.
5.2 Extension Wires
The extension wires are not included in the package. We provide 4-core connectors for you to connect your own extension wires. You can use RVV4/Cat5/Cat6/RG59 wires to extend the connection between the monitor and the doorbell, or between multiple monitors. The maximum distance for these connections can exceed 100 meters.
5.3 Smartphone App Installation
To utilize the smart features of your intercom system, install the free 'TuyaSmart' application on your smartphone or tablet. The app is compatible with both iOS and Android systems. Follow the in-app instructions to add and configure your video intercom system.
