2. Instruccions de configuració
2.1 Unboxing
Your SERVO S27 Mini package includes the following items:
- 1x SERVO S27 Mini Phone (including battery)
- 1x Caixa

2.2 Instal·lació de la targeta SIM i la targeta de memòria
The SERVO S27 Mini supports dual SIM cards or one SIM card and one TF memory card. Use the provided card removal pin to open the SIM card tray.
- Localitza la safata de la targeta SIM al lateral del telèfon.
- Introduïu el passador d'extracció de la targeta al forat petit que hi ha al costat de la safata i premeu suaument fins que la safata surti expulsada.
- Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF memory card into the designated slots on the tray.
- Torneu a inserir la safata al telèfon amb cura, assegurant-vos que quedi al mateix nivell que la carcassa del dispositiu.

2.3 Càrrega inicial
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your phone. Use the provided Type-C cable and a 5V-1A charger.
- Connecteu el cable tipus C al port de càrrega de la part inferior del telèfon.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible 5V-1A USB power adapter.
- Connecteu l'adaptador de corrent a una presa de corrent.
- Allow the phone to charge for 3-5 hours for the initial charge.

2.4 Encès/Apagat
- Per encendre: Press and hold the Power button (usually on the right side) until the screen lights up and the SERVO logo appears.
- Per apagar: Press and hold the Power button until a power menu appears on the screen. Select 'Power off' and confirm.

3.1 Navegació bàsica (Android 12)
Your SERVO S27 Mini runs on Android 12, offering a simple and smooth user experience. Navigate using touch gestures:
- Toca: Per seleccionar un element o obrir una aplicació.
- Llisca: Per desplaçar-se per pantalles o llistes.
- Pessigar: To zoom in or out.
- Pantalla d'inici: Access your apps and widgets. Swipe up from the bottom to open the app drawer.
- Notificacions: Feu lliscar el dit cap avall des de la part superior de la pantalla fins a view notificacions i configuracions ràpides.

3.2 Desbloqueig facial
The SERVO S27 Mini supports facial recognition for quick and secure unlocking.
- Go to Settings > Security > Face Unlock.
- Seguiu les instruccions a la pantalla per registrar la vostra cara.
- Once set up, simply look at your phone to unlock it.

3.3 Ús de la càmera
Capture moments with the 5MP rear camera and take selfies with the 2MP front camera.
- Càmera oberta: Toca la icona de l'aplicació Càmera a la pantalla d'inici o al calaix d'aplicacions.
- Canvia de càmeres: Toqueu la icona del canvi de càmera per alternar entre la càmera frontal i la posterior.
- Fes una foto: Toqueu el botó de l'obturador per capturar una foto.
- Grava vídeo: Canvia al mode de vídeo i toca el botó de gravació per iniciar/aturar la gravació.

3.4 Connectivitat de xarxa
The phone supports 4G LTE for high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi Hotspot functionality.
- Xarxa 4G: Ensure your SIM card is properly installed and your mobile data is enabled in Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network.

5. Solució De Problemes
5.1 Phone Not Turning On After Charging
If your mobile phone has not been used for a long time, the battery power may have been consumed. If it cannot be turned on, you need to charge the mobile phone for 3-5 hours first. Please use the charging cable configured with this product and a charger that supports 5V1A to charge the mobile phone.
