5. Manteniment
5.1 Spacers for Noise and Friction
The R200 includes various spacers to help optimize performance and prevent issues like chain noise or disc brake friction. These adjustments are typically made during initial setup or if issues arise.

- Cassette Adjustment Spacer (for loud chain noise): If chain noise is excessive, it may be due to a difference in distance between the R200 cassette and the rear fork (A) compared to your original cassette and rear fork (B). Two spacers are pre-installed between the cassette and the Thru-axle adapter-R or Quick release adapter-R.
- If A < B: Add more cassette adjustment spacers to the R200. Each spacer is approximately 0.4mm thick.
- If A > B: Remove some spacers to reduce the distance.
- If issues persist after adjusting all spacers, contact customer service.
- Disc Brake Spacer (for friction): If friction occurs between your bike's disc brake and the R200 housing, use disc brake spacers to increase the distance and avoid friction during training. This typically occurs with SRAM 140mm disc brakes.
For more detailed official videos on spacer adjustments, visit the CYCPLUS YouTube channel or contact customer service.
