3. Guia de configuració
3.1 Càrrega inicial
Before first use, it is recommended to charge the phone for 3-5 hours. Use a 5V1A charger with the provided Type-C cable for optimal charging.

3.2 Instal·lació de la targeta SIM i la targeta de memòria
The SERVO S27 Mini supports dual SIM cards (Nano SIM) or one Nano SIM card and one TF (Micro SD) memory card for expanded storage up to 128GB. Use the provided card removal pin to open the SIM tray.
- Localitza la safata de la targeta SIM al lateral del telèfon.
- Introduïu el passador d'extracció de la targeta al forat petit que hi ha al costat de la safata i premeu suaument fins que la safata surti expulsada.
- Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or Micro SD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
- Torneu a inserir la safata al telèfon amb cura.

3.3 Engegada/apagada
- Per encendre: Press and hold the Power button (usually on the right side) until the screen lights up and the SERVO logo appears.
- Per apagar: Press and hold the Power button until the power options appear on the screen. Select "Power off" and confirm.
4. Com fer servir el telèfon intel·ligent
4.1 Navegació bàsica
The S27 Mini features a 4.0-inch HD touch screen. Navigate through the Android 12.0 interface using gestures:
- Toca: Per seleccionar un element o obrir una aplicació.

4.2 Desbloqueig facial

- Go to Settings > Security > Face Unlock.

5. Manteniment
5.1 Cura de la bateria
- Always use the provided Type-C cable and a compatible 5V1A charger.
- Eviteu temperatures extremes, ja que poden afectar el rendiment de la bateria.
- No exposeu la bateria a l'aigua ni al foc.
5.2 Neteja del vostre dispositiu
Feu servir un drap suau i sense borrissol per netejar la pantalla i la carcassa del telèfon. Eviteu utilitzar productes químics agressius o materials abrasius.
5.3 Actualitzacions de programari

6. Solució De Problemes
If you encounter issues with your SERVO S27 Mini, try the following steps:
- El dispositiu no s'encén: Assegureu-vos que la bateria estigui carregada. Connecteu el telèfon a un carregador i espereu uns minuts abans d'intentar tornar-lo a engegar.
- La pantalla no respon: Try restarting the device by holding the power button. If unresponsive, force restart (refer to specific Android force restart instructions if standard power button hold doesn't work).
- Les aplicacions es bloquegen: Esborra la memòria cau de l'aplicació problemàtica (Configuració > Aplicacions > [Nom de l'aplicació] > Emmagatzematge > Esborra la memòria cau). Si el problema persisteix, prova de reinstal·lar l'aplicació.
- Problemes de connectivitat de xarxa: Check if your SIM card is properly inserted. Ensure mobile data is enabled or Wi-Fi is connected. Try restarting the phone or toggling Airplane Mode on and off.
- Rendiment lent: Tanca les aplicacions que no fas servir, esborra la memòria cau o considera un restabliment de fàbrica com a últim recurs (primer fes una còpia de seguretat de les dades).
