7. Notes importants i limitacions

• No ARC Function Support: This HDMI audio extractor does NOT support the Audio Return Channel (ARC) function. You cannot connect your TV's ARC-enabled HDMI port to the input of this device for audio extraction. It ONLY supports connecting the TV to the HDMI output end.
• 4K@60Hz Devices: If your source device outputs 4K@60Hz (HDMI 2.0 and HDCP2.2), you must set its resolution to 4K@30Hz or 1080p@60Hz to use this switch. This device does NOT support PS5 or native 4K@60Hz input. To adjust, connect your 4K@60Hz device directly to your TV, then navigate to System -- Settings -- Image -- Resolution -- 4K/30Hz or Auto.
• Incompatibility with DVI: Do NOT use this switch with HDMI to DVI converters or display devices that have a DVI interface.
• Other Converters: The switch is not designed to be used in conjunction with other converters (e.g., HDMI to DVI).
• Content Restrictions: This device may not be applicable to content from platforms like YouTube or Netflix, potentially due to HDCP or specific audio format requirements.

8.1. No Picture on Display

• Check Resolution: Ensure the resolution of your HDMI source devices is set to 4K@30Hz or 1080P@60Hz.

8.3. Outputs (HDMI, 3.5mm, Toslink) Not Working Simultaneously

• If the audio format of the signal source is PCM de 2.0 canals, all outputs (HDMI, optical, and 3.5mm) will output audio simultaneously.
• If the audio format is 5.1 canals, only HDMI and optical outputs can normally transmit the audio signal, as the 3.5mm output does not support 5.1ch.

To ensure proper audio output, especially for 2.0ch stereo:

• Navigate on your device: Device homepage -- System setting -- Image and sound -- Voice setting -- Digital audio output -- PCM/LPCM.

For 5.1ch surround sound via optical output:
