4.1. Panel Button Introduction
Familiarize yourself with the control panel for optimal operation:

- 2T/4T Design: Selects between 2-trigger (short welds) and 4-trigger (long welds) modes.
- Welding Method: Toggles between MIG/CO2, MAG, Stick Welding, Lift TIG, and Gasless welding conditions.
- Diameter of Wire: Selects wire diameter (0.6mm/.023", 0.8mm/.030", 0.9mm/.035") for MIG/CO2 and MAG. For Gasless welding, only 0.9mm/.035" ET71-GS flux wire is officially supported, though 0.8mm/.030" flux-cored wire can be used with manual tension adjustment (3.5 & Amp >100A).
- Comprovació de gas: Activates gas flow for checking connections.
- Alimentació manual de filferro: Feeds welding wire manually.
- Visualització: Shows various values including Amperage (A), Voltage (V), Thickness, and Inductance. When different values are selected, the wire feeding speed and voltage automatically match the built-in welding chart.
- Value Knob: Used to adjust and change parameter values on the display.
5. Configuració
5.1. Connexió d'alimentació
Connect the welder to a 220VAC, 50/60 Hz power source. Ensure the power supply is stable and meets the machine's requirements. Note: 110V input is not available for this model.
5.2. MIG Welding Setup (Gas & Gasless)
The MIG-200 is compatible with 2 lbs (4"/D100) and 10 lbs (8"/D200) welding wire rolls.

- Instal·lació de cable: Open the wire feed compartment, install the appropriate size wire spool, and thread the wire through the feeder mechanism into the MIG gun liner. Use the Manual Wire Feed button (5) to assist.
- Terra Clamp: Connecteu la terra clamp a la peça de treball, garantint un bon contacte elèctric.
- Gas MIG (with shielding gas):
- Connect the gas hose to the gas inlet on the welder and to your gas cylinder (e.g., CO2 or Argon/CO2 mix).
- Select the 'MIG/CO2' or 'MAG' welding method using the Welding Method button (2).
- Recommended wire: 0.030" (0.8mm) & 0.035" (0.9mm) ER70S-6.
- Use CO2 100% for MIG/CO2 or 25%CO2 / 75% Argon for MAG.
- Use the Gas Check button (4) to ensure proper gas flow.
- Gasless MIG (Flux-cored wire):
- Ensure no gas hose is connected.
- Select the 'Gasless' welding method using the Welding Method button (2).
- Officially supported wire: 0.9mm (0.035") ET71-GS flux wire.
- For 0.8mm (0.030") flux-cored wire, you may need to manually adjust tension and set Amperage >100A.
5.3. Stick Welding (MMA) Setup
- Connecteu el portaelèctrode al terminal positiu (+) i al connector de terra.amp to the negative (-) terminal (or vice-versa depending on electrode polarity requirements).
- Select the 'Stick Welding' method using the Welding Method button (2).
- Introduïu l'elèctrode adequat al suport.
5.4. Configuració de la soldadura TIG amb aixecament
Note: The Lift TIG torch is not included with the machine and must be purchased separately.
- Connect the Lift TIG torch to the appropriate terminal (usually negative for DC TIG) and the earth clamp a la peça de treball.
- Select the 'Lift TIG' welding method using the Welding Method button (2).
- Ensure proper tungsten electrode preparation and gas connection (if using gas TIG).
6. Funcionament
6.1. Synergic Control
The MIG-200 features Synergic Control for MIG welding. This function automatically adjusts the voltage and wire feeding speed when you modify the amperage or select different material thicknesses. The machine uses a pre-programmed welding chart to match parameters, simplifying setup and ensuring consistent weld quality.

6.2. 2T/4T Trigger Modes
- 2T (Two-Trigger) Mode: Ideal for shorter welds. The arc starts when the trigger is pressed and stops when released. This mode offers precise control over the start and end of the welding process.
- 4T (Four-Trigger) Mode: Suitable for longer welds. Press the trigger once to start the arc, and press it again to stop. This eliminates the need to hold the trigger down for extended periods, reducing operator fatigue.
6.3. General Welding Procedure
- Ensure all connections are secure and correct for your chosen welding process.
- Select the desired welding method and wire diameter (if applicable) using the control panel buttons.
- Ajusteu el Amperage/Volumtage using the Value Knob (7) as needed. The display (6) will show the current settings.
- Put on all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Initiate the arc according to the selected trigger mode (2T or 4T).
- Maintain a steady hand and appropriate travel speed for a quality weld.
- After welding, allow the workpiece and equipment to cool down before handling.
7. Manteniment
- Neteja: Regularly clean the machine, especially after use in dusty environments. Use a compressor to blow out dust and debris from the internal components and vents.
- Emmagatzematge: When not in use for extended periods, store the welder in a dry, clean environment.
- Inspecció del cable: Periodically inspect all cables, connections, and the MIG gun for wear, damage, or loose connections. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
- Mecanisme d'alimentació de filferro: Keep the wire feed rollers clean and free of debris to ensure smooth wire feeding.
