  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and insulated gloves when handling batteries.

Upon receiving your MOSEWORTH LiFePO4 battery, carefully inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. Open the package and verify that all components are present and undamaged.

3.2. Muntatge

The MOSEWORTH LiFePO4 battery is lightweight and versatile, allowing for mounting in any position due to its sealed, acid-free design. Ensure the mounting location is secure, well-ventilated, and protected from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures.

3.3. Connexions

Connect the battery to your system using appropriate cables and connectors. Ensure all connections are tight and secure to prevent arcing and overheating. Always connect the positive (+) terminal to the positive (+) terminal of your system and the negative (-) terminal to the negative (-) terminal.

Important: This battery features an upgraded BMS (Battery Management System) for series/parallel connections. Consult a qualified technician for complex wiring configurations.

The maximum charge current is 50A. Ensure your charging source does not exceed this limit. The optimal charge temperature range is 0-45℃.

4.2. Alta

The battery supports a continuous discharge current of ≥100A and an instantaneous discharge current of ≥200A. The end voltage (minimum discharge voltage) is 30V. Avoid discharging the battery below this voltage to prolong its lifespan.

4.3. Temperature Considerations

The battery is designed to operate within a working temperature range of -20℃ to 60℃. It features low-temperature charging protection, allowing charging in temperatures from -20℃ to 70℃, though the optimal charge temperature is 0-45℃.
