4. Configuració i instal·lació
4.1 Instal·lació física
- Trieu una ubicació: Select an outdoor location with good sunlight exposure for the solar panel and a clear view for the camera. Ensure the camera is within range of your WiFi network (for WiFi version) or has good 4G signal (for 4G version).
- Muntar la càmera: Use the provided bracket and screw accessories to securely mount the camera to a wall or pole.
- Muntar el panell solar: Attach the solar panel to its bracket and position it to receive maximum direct sunlight. Connect the solar panel to the camera using the 1.8m extension cord.

4.2 Encès
Ensure the solar panel is connected and the camera's built-in battery is sufficiently charged. The camera will automatically power on when connected to the solar panel and receiving adequate light, or if the battery has charge.
4.3 App Installation and Device Connection
- Download the V380 Pro App: Cerca "V380 Pro" in your mobile app store (iOS or Android) and install it.
- Registra't/Iniciar sessió: Obriu l'aplicació i seguiu les instruccions a la pantalla per crear un compte o iniciar sessió.
- Afegeix una càmera: A l'aplicació, seleccioneu l'opció per afegir un dispositiu nou.
- Connecteu-vos a la xarxa:
- Per a la versió WiFi: The camera needs to be connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. It does not support 4G connection. Follow the app's instructions to connect the camera to your WiFi network.
- For 4G Version: The camera requires a 4G data SIM card to be inserted. It does not support WiFi connection. Insert a compatible 4G SIM card into the designated slot on the camera. Follow the app's instructions to complete the setup.

- Inicialització del dispositiu: The app will guide you through the final steps of device initialization, which may involve scanning a QR code on the camera or entering a device ID.
Important Note for 4G Version:
The 4G version does not support: Brazil, Japan, USA, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and other American countries. Please verify regional compatibility before purchasing the 4G model.
5. Funcionament
5.1 Control PTZ
You can remotely control the pan and tilt movements of all three lenses via the V380 Pro app.
- Main PTZ Lens: Horizontal rotation 0-355°, Vertical tilt 0-100°.
- Left and Right PTZ Cameras: Support 270° pan rotation and 90° tilt adjustment.

5.2 Zoom digital
The camera supports 10X digital zoom. Use the zoom controls within the V380 Pro app to magnify or reduce the view de la zona vigilada.

5.3 Visió nocturna

- PIR + AI Humanoid Detection: The camera uses a highly sensitive PIR motion sensor combined with AI detection to accurately identify human movement and reduce false alarms.
- Humanoid Auto-Tracking: Only the middle lens supports automatic tracking. When a human moves in front of the camera, it will pan or tilt to follow the movement.

5.5 Àudio bidireccional
Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker for two-way voice intercom. You can speak through the camera to visitors or deter intruders directly from your mobile app.

The camera supports video recording to a TF card (up to 128GB, not included) and offers a paid cloud storage subscription. Recordings are triggered by motion detection.

5.7 Adaptive Power Mode
To optimize battery life, the camera operates in an adaptive power mode. It continuously records when the battery is sufficient. When the battery is low, it automatically switches to human body sensing alarm recording mode, entering a sleep state until motion is detected, at which point it wakes up and records.

- Versió 4G: Verify that a compatible 4G SIM card is correctly inserted and has an active data plan. Ensure your region is supported for the 4G version (e.g., not supported in Brazil, Japan, USA, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and other American countries).
- No Recording/Motion Detection Issues:
- Check the camera's battery level. If low, ensure the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight.
- Verify that motion detection settings are correctly configured in the V380 Pro app.
- Ensure the TF card is properly inserted and has sufficient free space, or that your cloud storage subscription is active.
- El control PTZ no respon:
- Check network connectivity. A stable connection is required for remote control.
- Restart the camera by turning it off and on, or by using the reset button if necessary.
