5. Configuració

5.1 Col·locació inicial i connexió d'alimentació

1. Place the JT400 on a stable, flat workbench in a well-ventilated area.
2. Connect the power cable to the Power Socket & Fuse (6) on the unit and then to a suitable power outlet (AC220V or 110V, customized).

5.2 Injector Installation

The JT400 supports both GDI and traditional injectors. Injectors are NOT included with the machine.

1. Select the appropriate adaptors and O-rings for your specific injector type (GDI or traditional).
2. Install the injectors into the Top Supply Distributor, ensuring a secure fit with the O-rings to prevent leakage.
3. Use the Fixing Screw and Knurled Nut to secure the injectors and distributor assembly firmly into the measuring glasses.
4. Connect the Pulse Cable Sockets (2) to each injector's electrical connector.

5.3 Filling Test Fluid

1. Open the Fill Port (1).
2. Carefully pour the recommended test fluid into the tank until it reaches the appropriate level, typically indicated on the measuring glasses or by a fill line. Do not overfill.
3. Close the Fill Port securely.

6.1 Funcions principals

1. Turn on the Power Switch (5). The machine will boot up and display the main menu on the Screen.
2. Use the Direction Keys to navigate and select the desired test or cleaning mode. Press ENTER to confirm.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to set parameters such as pulse width, RPM, and test duration.
4. Start the test/cleaning process. Monitor the injectors in the measuring glasses for spray pattern, volume, and leakage.
5. After the test, use the Drain button to empty the test fluid from the measuring glasses.
6. For ultrasonic cleaning, place the injectors in the Washing Basin (3), add cleaning solution, and select the Ultrasonic Test mode. Ensure the ultrasonic cleaner cover is in place.

7.1 Neteja
