Connectar-se al televisor:
Connect the Ugoos X5M Pro to your television using the provided HDMI cable. Insert one end into the HDMI Output port on the TV Box and the other end into an available HDMI input on your TV.

Connect the power adapter to the USB Type-C Power Adapter port on the TV Box and plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The device will power on automatically or can be turned on using the remote control.
Connect the power adapter to the USB Type-C port and use the LAN 1Gbit port for wired internet. -

- Cablejat (Ethernet): For a stable connection, plug an Ethernet cable into the 1000M LAN port on the TV Box and connect the other end to your router.
- Sense fil (Wi-Fi): During initial setup, you will be prompted to connect to a Wi-Fi network. Select your network and enter the password. The device supports 2.4G/5G 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax 2T2R Wi-Fi.

5. Manteniment

6. Solució De Problemes
- Sense energia:
- Assegureu-vos que l'adaptador de corrent estigui connectat correctament al televisor i a una presa de corrent que funcioni. Proveu una altra presa de corrent si cal.
- Sense imatge a la televisió:
- Check the HDMI cable connection between the TV Box and your TV. Ensure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input source. Try a different HDMI port or cable.
- El control remot no respon:
- Check the batteries in the remote control. If it's a Bluetooth remote, ensure it's properly paired with the TV Box (refer to Setup Guide).
- Sense connexió a Internet:
- For wired connections, ensure the Ethernet cable is properly connected. For Wi-Fi, check your router and ensure the Wi-Fi password is correct in the device settings. Restart your router and the TV Box.
- Applications Crashing or Freezing:
- Try clearing the cache of the problematic application in Android settings. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app. Ensure the device firmware is up to date.
