1. Introducció

Welcome to the SERVO F25 PRO Android Smartphone user manual. This guide provides essential information on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your new device. The SERVO F25 PRO is a compact 4G LTE smartphone featuring a 3.5-inch touch screen, physical buttons, dual SIM capability, and an Android 8.1 operating system.

4. Configuració inicial

4.1. Eliminació de la pel·lícula protectora

Before using your phone, please remove the factory protective film located on the back of the device.

4.2. Inserció de targetes SIM i de memòria

The SERVO F25 PRO supports dual Nano SIM cards and one TF (MicroSD) memory card for expanded storage. A card removal pin is included in the package to access the card tray.

1. Localitza la safata de la targeta SIM al lateral del telèfon.
2. Insert the card removal pin into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
3. Place your Nano SIM cards and TF memory card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure they are correctly oriented.
4. Torneu a inserir la safata amb cura al telèfon fins que encaixi al seu lloc.

Note: This product does not contain a SIM card. Please purchase one locally from your network provider.

4.3. Càrrega del dispositiu

Before first use, or if the phone has been unused for a long period, charge the device for 3-5 hours.

1. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the phone's charging port.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible 5V1A charger (not included).

5.1. Encendre/apagar

Press and hold the Power button (usually on the side) until the screen lights up to turn on the phone. To turn off, press and hold the Power button, then select 'Power off' from the options.

5.2. Navegació bàsica

The SERVO F25 PRO features a 3.5-inch touch screen for app interaction and physical buttons for traditional phone functions. Navigate the Android 8.1 interface by tapping, swiping, and using the directional pad and selection buttons.

5.3. Realització de trucades i missatgeria

Use the physical keypad to dial numbers or navigate contacts. The phone supports SMS messaging. With dual SIM capability, you can manage two numbers for work and personal use.

5.4. Applications and Play Store

The phone runs on a pure Android 8.1 system, allowing you to download a wide range of applications from the Google Play Store. Dedicated shortcuts for Facebook and WhatsApp are available for quick access.

If your phone does not turn on or charge, especially after a long period of non-use:

• Ensure the battery is not completely depleted. Charge the phone for 3-5 hours using the provided Type-C cable and a 5V1A charger.
• Verify that the charging cable and adapter are functioning correctly.

• Ensure your SIM card is correctly inserted and activated by your service provider.
• Check your phone's network settings to ensure the correct network type (2G/3G/4G) is selected.
• Verify that your country's network bands are compatible with the phone's supported bands (2G GSM/B2/B3/B5/B8, 3G WCDMA/B1/B5/B8, 4G LTE/B1/B3/B5/B8/B40/B41).
