Configuració
1. Instal·lació de la targeta SIM i la targeta de memòria
The SERVO Pocket S1 supports up to four Nano-SIM cards and one TF (MicroSD) memory card for expanded storage.
- Obriu la tapa posterior del telèfon.
- Carefully insert your Nano-SIM cards into the designated slots (SIM 1, SIM 2, SIM 3, SIM 4).
- Insert a TF memory card (up to 16GB, not included) into its dedicated slot if desired.
- Ensure all cards are seated correctly.

2. Càrrega inicial
Before first use, fully charge the phone's battery. If the phone does not turn on, it may be due to a low battery level.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the phone's Micro USB port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a 5V1A compatible charger.
- Charge the phone for 3-5 hours for the initial charge.

3. Encès / apagat
- Per encendre: Premeu i manteniu premut el botó d'engegada/finalització de trucada fins que la pantalla s'il·lumini.
- Per apagar: Press and hold the Power/End Call button until the power-off options appear, then select 'Power Off'.
Instruccions de funcionament
1. Navegació bàsica
Use the navigation keys (up, down, left, right) and the central 'OK' button to navigate through menus and select options. The 'Menu' button typically accesses the main menu, and the 'Contacts' button opens your phonebook.
2. Fer i rebre trucades
- Fer una trucada: Introduïu el número de telèfon amb el teclat numèric i premeu el botó verd de trucada.
- Recepció d'una trucada: When the phone rings, press the Green Call button to answer.
- Finalització d'una trucada: Premeu el botó vermell de finalitzar trucada.
3. Missatgeria
To send and receive SMS messages, navigate to the 'Messages' menu. You can compose new messages or view existing conversations.
4. Marcatge ràpid
Assign frequently called contacts to number keys (2-9) for quick dialing.
- Go to 'Settings' or 'Phonebook' and find the 'Speed Dial' option.
- Select an available number key (2-9).
- Assign a contact from your phonebook to that key.

Manteniment
1. Neteja
Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar l'exterior del telèfon. Eviteu utilitzar productes químics agressius o materials abrasius.
2. Cura de la bateria
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the phone regularly, and avoid leaving it connected to the charger for extended periods after it's fully charged.

3. Emmagatzematge
When storing the phone for an extended period, ensure it is partially charged (around 50%) and stored in a cool, dry place.
Resolució de problemes
- Phone does not turn on: Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. Connect the phone to a 5V1A charger and charge for 3-5 hours.
- No s'ha detectat la targeta SIM: Ensure the SIM cards are correctly inserted. Restart the phone to allow it to re-read the chips. Verify that your SIM card supports the 2G GSM850/900/1800/1900 network frequency bands.
- Limited ROM: The operating system occupies a portion of the internal memory. The available ROM will be less than the advertised total. Consider installing a memory card for additional storage.
- Problemes de càrrega: Use only a 5V1A charger. Other chargers may not function correctly.
- Poor call quality/network issues: Check your network coverage. Ensure your SIM card is compatible with the phone's supported network bands.
