The Mileseey TR256i is a portable infrared thermal imaging analyzer designed for mobile phones. It features high precision and quick response, utilizing an industrial-grade infrared detector with small pixel spacing and a high resolution ratio of 256x192. The device is equipped with a 3.2mm lens.
This product is lightweight and portable, designed for direct plug-and-play use. With its customized professional thermal image analysis APP, it connects to your mobile phone to perform infrared imaging of target objects, enabling multi-mode professional thermal image analysis anytime and anywhere.

3.4 Connexió inicial
Connect the TR256i to your iOS mobile device (iPhone or iPad) via the USB-C port. Open the Mileseey Thermal app.
Nota: For some Android phones, you may need to enable OTG features in your mobile phone settings to run the APP. Cerca "OTG" in settings. Some mobile phones have OTG enabled by default.
4. Operating Instructions (APP Functions)
Once connected and the app is open, you will see the thermal imaging interface. Below are descriptions of the main icons and functions:
4.1 Display Icon Description

4.2 Detailed Functions
Menú de configuració
Toqueu (icona d'engranatge) to enter the Settings menu. Here you can configure various parameters for the thermal camera and app interface.

Toqueu (reset icon) to reset some display settings, such as screen rotation and regional temperature measurement.
Alarma d'alta temperatura
Toqueu (alarm icon) to set the high temperature alarm value. Swipe up and down to adjust the value, then tap "OK" to save. If the maximum temperature in the scanned area exceeds your set threshold, the system will sound an alarm and the display will flash red.
Captura de fotografies
Toqueu (camera icon) to take photos of the scanned area and save them to the gallery.
Gravació de vídeo
Tap "Video" on the display to switch to video recording mode. Tap the capture button to start recording, and tap it again to stop. The footage will be automatically saved to the gallery.
Galeria
Toqueu (gallery icon) to enter the gallery and view your captured pictures and videos. Tap and hold an item to share or delete it.

Toqueu (palette icon) to switch between 12 color palettes to suit your specific needs or preferences. Different palettes highlight different thermal characteristics:

Mesura regional de la temperatura
Toqueu (regional measurement icon) to enter regional temperature measurement mode. You can take point, line, and box measurements by tapping the icons on the toolbar. Tap the points, lines, or boxes again to delete them.
Seguiment de la temperatura
Toqueu (tracking icon) to enable or disable tracking of the maximum, minimum, and center point temperatures in the scanned area.
Highlight Thermal Imaging
Toqueu (highlight icon) to enter thermal imaging highlight mode. Thermal imaging will be limited within a box on the screen. Adjust the box size by dragging its edges, or move it by dragging the middle. Tap the box again to delete it.

Toqueu (rotation icon) to enter display mirroring mode. Tap the (mirror icon) to mirror the display. Tap the (lock icon) to lock the display, preventing rotation when you rotate your phone.
Destaqueu les regions d'alta temperatura
Feu clic a (highlight high-temp icon) button. The high-temperature region will be displayed in the current color palette, while other regions are shown as white hot. The temperature range can be adjusted using the slider on the right side of the color bar. This mode facilitates analysis focused solely on high-temperature values.
5. Consells d'usuari
- OTG Functionality: If you are using an Android device and the app doesn't detect the camera, ensure that the OTG (On-The-Go) function is enabled in your phone's settings. Cerca "OTG" in your phone's settings menu.
- Comprovació de compatibilitat: Always verify your phone model against the list of compatible devices to ensure proper functionality, especially regarding the USB-C port type (e.g., iOS-Type C, iOS-lightning).
6. Manteniment i precaucions
- Do not use alcohol, detergents, or other organic cleaners to clean the lens, as this will damage the lens coating.
- Avoid exposing the lens directly to sunlight, lasers, or other strong light sources, as this can cause irreparable physical damage to the thermal imager.
- Ensure OTG features are enabled in your mobile phone settings for the APP to function correctly.
