2. Informació de seguretat
Please read and understand all safety precautions before using your fishing reel. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Casting Safety: Always ensure the bail is in the correct position before casting. Incorrect operation can lead to line breakage, unexpected lure trajectory, and potential injury to yourself or others.
- Anti-Reverse Knob: When the anti-reverse knob is set to "ON", the handle should only move forward. If it is set to "OFF", the handle can move backward rapidly, which may cause injury to your hand.
- Parts mòbils: Do not touch the fishing line when it rapidly exits the spool, as it may cut your finger. Avoid touching rotating parts like the handle, rotating disc, and spool during operation.
- Damaged Reel: If the reel has peeling on gold-plated or painted surfaces, or sharp edges appear after impact, do not use it as it may cause injury.
- Hooked Lines: If your hooks become accidentally snagged underwater, do not force the fishing rod and reel. Instead, wrap the fishing line with a towel or cloth and slowly pull the hooks out. Forcing it can damage the reel. Do not cut the fishing line with scissors as it can harm the environment.
- Dropping the Reel: Be careful not to drop the fishing reel. If it falls onto hard surfaces like asphalt or cement, especially during installation on a rod, the reel leg may break.
- Water and Sand Exposure: Do not place the fishing reel directly in sand or submerge it in water. Sand or water entering the reel can cause malfunctions.
- Nens: Keep the fishing reel out of reach of children to prevent unexpected accidents.
- Drag System: Ensure the drag system is correctly set before casting. Double-check that the drag knob works properly. An improperly set drag can cause injury if an accident occurs.
- Ús previst: Use the fishing reel only for its intended purpose of fishing.
- Lubricació: Be aware that lubricating oil is applied to rotating parts. Handle with care to avoid staining clothing.
- Emmagatzematge: When storing or moving the reel, pay particular attention not to throw it arbitrarily. Store it separately from other hard items to prevent scratches or breakage.

4. Instruccions de configuració
4.1. Handle Installation (Left/Right Hand)
The TX800 reel is available in both Left Hand (TX800L) and Right Hand (TX800R) models. Ensure you have the correct model for your preference.
For Screw-in Type Handle:
- Screw off the handle cap.
- Move the handle backward and screw it off. (Keep the Anti-reverse knob "ON" if it has one).
- Screw on the handle in its opposite side and move forward. You can hold the rotor during this process to ensure the handle is installed correctly.
- Screw on the handle cap.
For Plug-in Type Handle:
- Screw off the handle cap anticlockwise.
- Pull the handle out and plug it into the opposite side.
- Screw on the handle cap.
4.2. Spool Installation and Unloading
Mètode de descàrrega: Turn the drag knob counterclockwise until the spool automatically comes off.
Mètode d'instal·lació: Put the spool on the rotor seat and rotate it left and right until it is fixed well. Turn and screw the drag knob clockwise until tight.
4.3. Line Winding
- Install the fishing reel onto your fishing rod.
- Adjust the drag knob to a suitable setting.
- Connect the fishing line directly to the spool through the rod guides. The junction should be fixed by tape or similar means.
- Erect the spool with the line wound on it, and start reeling the line while maintaining tension.
- Make a mark at every 1/3 point of the full line capacity. For example, if the line capacity is 150 meters, mark at 50 meters, 100 meters, and 150 meters.
4.4. Reel Installation on Rod
Slide the reel foot into the reel seat on your fishing rod and tighten the reel seat nut securely.
4.5. Adjustment of Line Shape on Spool
The reel allows for adjustment of the line shape on the spool to optimize casting performance. This is typically done using washers under the spool.
- If the line is winding with a concave shape (more line on edges than center), add a washer.
- If the line is winding with a convex shape (more line in center than edges), remove a washer.
- Aim for a flat, even line lay for normal use.

- Turn the drag knob to the right to reinforce drag power.
- Turn the drag knob to the left to weaken drag power.
- Ensure the drag is set appropriately for the fish you are targeting to prevent line breakage or damage to the reel.
5.10. Long Casting Method
- Keep the line with your index finger.
- Ensure the bail is in the correct position.
- Raise the rod over your head, then cast.
6. Manteniment
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your SAMOLLA TX800 reel and ensure smooth operation. To prevent rust and salt damage, follow these recommendations:
6.1. Neteja
- Unload from Rod: Always unload your reel from the fishing rod after use.
- Wash with Clean Water: Use a shower or sprayer to wash the reel with clean water. This helps remove salt, sand, and other debris.
- Eviteu l'aigua calenta: Do not use hot water, as it can wash out the lubricating oil.
- No submergiu: Do not submerge the entire reel in water.
6.2. Assecat a l'aire
- After washing, wipe off excess water from the reel.
- Place the reel in the shade to air dry.
- Loosen the drag knob and remove any covers on maintenance ports to facilitate quicker drying.
- Eviteu la llum solar directa/calor: Do not use a hair dryer or place the reel in direct sunlight, as high temperatures can damage the reel.
6.3. Emmagatzematge
- Always unload the reel from the rod before storing.
- Store the reel in a dry and shaded place.
- If the reel is stored in a high-humidity or sealed environment (e.g., car trunk) with residual water, it may rust quickly.
- Keep the reel clean and dry for a longer service life.
6.4. Port de càrrega USB

The reel is equipped with a USB charging port for convenient charging. Ensure the waterproof plug is securely in place when not charging to prevent water ingress.
7. Solució De Problemes
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your SAMOLLA TX800 reel.
- Volum baixtage Alarma:

Figura 12: Volum baixtage indicator on the E-Line Counter.
If the display shows 'LIGHT' with a flashing battery icon, or if the screen figures appear blurred and power is less than 1/4, it indicates a low voltage. Charge or replace the battery promptly. - Reel Not Powering On: Ensure the battery is charged. Long press the left button for a few seconds to power on.
- Inaccurate Line Counter: Verify that the correct PE line number and spool type (L1/L2) are set in the reel's settings. Perform a zeroing operation if re-winding line.
- Casting Issues: Adjust the magnetic brake system (0-12 Pin) according to bait weight and casting distance desired. Ensure the line is wound evenly on the spool.
- Drag Not Holding: Check the drag knob adjustment. Ensure it is tightened sufficiently for the target fish. Clean the drag washers if they are slipping excessively.
