This intelligent incubator provides precise temperature and humidity control, automatic egg turning, and an LED egg candler, making it suitable for various poultry eggs including chicken, bird, goose, duck, emu, reptile, and turkey. Its user-friendly design ensures a high hatching rate of up to 98%.

4. Instruccions de configuració

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present according to the product list.
2. Muntatge:
   • Place the incubator base on a stable, level surface.
   • Insert the egg turning mechanism into the designated slots in the base.
   • Place the egg tray on top of the turning mechanism.
   • Attach the water bottles to the side ports for automatic water refill.
   • Carefully place the transparent cover over the assembled base and egg tray.

3. Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the incubator to a suitable 110V/220V AC power outlet.
4. Pre-heat Test: Before placing eggs, perform a pre-heat test to ensure the incubator maintains stable temperature and humidity. Allow the unit to run for several hours to stabilize.

• Setting Button (Gear icon): Used to access and adjust incubation settings.

5.2 Control de temperatura i humitat

The incubator features an intelligent constant temperature control system with an adjustable range of 20-39.5°C (68-104°F). If the temperature deviates by more than ±1°C/±2°F from the set temperature, the machine will automatically alarm.

Humidity is maintained via an automatic water refill system. Fill the provided water bottles and attach them to the side ports. The system will draw water as needed. For early incubation, approximately 200ml of water is typically sufficient (Area A in diagram). For late incubation, around 400ml (Area B in diagram) is recommended to increase humidity. An air vent assists in fresh air exchange.

5.3 Egg Placement and Turning

Select fresh, fertilized eggs that have been laid within 7 days for the best hatching results. The multi-functional egg tray has adjustable dividers to accommodate various sizes of poultry eggs.

The incubator features automatic egg turning, simulating a traditional hen hatching mode. This function will automatically stop in the last 4 days of the incubation period to prepare for hatching.

5.4 Egg Candling

Use the built-in LED cold light egg candler to conveniently check the development process of the fertilized eggs at any time. This avoids disturbing the eggs unnecessarily. Please do not look directly at the egg lamp amb els teus ulls.

5.5 3-in-1 Smart Incubator Functionality

The DLM-24 combines setter, hatcher, and brooder functions for a convenient and trouble-free experience.

• Setter: Choose fresh fertilized eggs laid within 7 days. Ensure the incubator has completed a pre-heat test before placing eggs.
• Hatcher: During the last 3 days of the incubation period, remove the egg tray and place the fertilized eggs directly on the grid. Increase humidity by adding more water to the water channels and spraying warm water on the eggshells to soften them.
• Brooder: Newly hatched chicks can be kept warm inside the machine until their down is dry. Afterward, it is recommended to move them to a separate brooder to maintain warmth.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: The incubator is designed for easy cleaning. The top fan is detachable, and the base can be rinsed with water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly or storage.

• The convenient lid handle allows for easy opening and closing, even with one hand, making adjustments simpler.
• Always choose fresh fertilized eggs, ideally laid within 7 days, for the highest chance of successful hatching.
• During the last three days of incubation (hatching phase), remove the egg tray and place eggs directly on the grid. Increase humidity significantly by adding more water and gently spraying warm water on the eggshells to aid hatching.
• After hatching, allow chicks to dry completely within the incubator before transferring them to a separate brooder for continued warmth and care.
