1. Configuració
1.1 Desembalatge i inspecció inicial
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items are present and undamaged. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
1.2 Càrrega de la impressora
The Phomemo P831 printer is equipped with a 2000mAh Lithium Battery and supports USB-C fast charging. Before first use, fully charge the printer.

- The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge can support printing approximately 70 sheets.

1.3 Loading the Ribbon and Paper
The P831 uses transfer printing technology, requiring a ribbon for operation.

- Press the two open cover buttons on the sides of the printer to open the top cover.
- Install the transfer ribbon according to the correct direction indicated inside the printer.

1.4 Connexió al dispositiu
The Phomemo P831 supports both USB cable and Bluetooth connections.

For mobile printing, use the Phomemo app and Bluetooth.
- Download the "Phomemo" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Long press the Power Button on the printer to turn it on and activate Bluetooth.
- Open the Phomemo app on your smartphone or tablet and connect to the printer via Bluetooth within the app.

2.2 Duplex (Double-Side) Printing
The P831 supports duplex printing to save paper.
- Print the first side of your document.
- Simply grab the sheet and re-insert it into the printer to print the second side.

3. Manteniment
3.1 Atenció general
- Mantingueu la impressora neta i lliure de pols. Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar l'exterior.
- Eviteu exposar la impressora a temperatures extremes, llum solar directa o humitat elevada.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on the printer.
3.2 Substitució de la cinta
When print quality degrades or the ribbon runs out, replace it following the steps for loading the ribbon (refer to Section 1.3).
3.3 Neteja del capçal d'impressió
If print quality issues persist, the print head may need cleaning. Consult the Phomemo app or website for specific instructions on print head cleaning for the P831 model.
