4. Instal·lació i cablejat
Before beginning installation, ensure your e-bike's power is completely off and the battery is disconnected. Refer to the wiring diagrams below for correct connections.

- Connect Hall Sensor Wires: Connect the smaller Hall sensor wires (usually 5-6 wires) from your motor to the dedicated Hall sensor connector on the controller. Ensure color-matching.
- Connect Battery Power: Connect the main battery power wires (Red for positive, Black for negative) to the controller's battery input terminals. Double-check polarity.
- Connect Display Cable: Connect the TC480 display cable to the designated display port on the controller.
