Guia de configuració

1. Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge the hair clipper. Connect the Type-C USB charging cable to the charging stand, then place the clipper onto the stand. The LCD display will indicate charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides up to 250 minutes of usage time.

Select the desired guide comb for your preferred hair length. The VGR V-889C features magnetic guide combs for easy attachment and removal. Simply align the comb with the clipper blade and it will snap into place magnetically. To remove, gently pull the comb away from the blade.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Encendre/apagar

To turn the clipper on, slide the power switch located on the side of the unit upwards. To turn it off, slide the switch downwards. The LCD display will illuminate upon activation.

2. Adjusting Blade Length (Taper Lever)

The clipper features a 5-speed joystick adjustment (taper lever) on the side, allowing you to fine-tune the cutting length without changing guide combs. Move the lever up or down to adjust the blade position for different cutting lengths.

The clipper offers two speed settings: 8000 RPM and 9000 RPM. Use the lower speed for finer hair or more precise work, and the higher speed for thicker hair or faster cutting. The current speed setting is displayed on the LCD screen.

4. Using the Clipper

Ensure hair is clean and dry before cutting. For best results, comb the hair in the direction of growth. Hold the clipper firmly and move it against the direction of hair growth. Start with a longer guide comb and gradually switch to shorter ones if needed.

Manteniment

1. Neteja de les fulles

After each use, turn off the clipper and remove any attached guide comb. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove loose hairs from the blades and the clipper body. For thorough cleaning, the blades can be carefully detached (refer to the video for guidance on blade removal and reattachment if needed) and rinsed under running water, ensuring the main body of the clipper does not get wet. Dry thoroughly before reattaching.

2. Lubrication (Oil)

To maintain optimal performance and blade longevity, it is recommended to oil the blades regularly (after every few uses or as needed). Apply a few drops of clipper oil (not included due to air transport limitations) to the teeth and friction points of the blades while the clipper is running. Wipe off any excess oil.

3. Emmagatzematge

Store the clipper in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use the charging stand for convenient and safe storage.
