5.3 Configuració de l'aplicació
To use the smart features of the Orb-ZBW1L, you need to connect it to a compatible Zigbee hub via the eWeLink App.

6. Funcionament

8. Matter Integration
The Orb-ZBW1L can be integrated into a Matter ecosystem for broader smart home compatibility. To achieve this, ensure your SONOFF Zigbee Bridge Ultra and the Matter hub are on the same Local Area Network (LAN).

9. Solució De Problemes

- No response from switch: Check the wiring connections. Ensure the power is on at the circuit breaker. If using a smart light or dimmable LED, note that these are generally not supported by this switch.
- El control per veu no funciona: Confirm that your Zigbee hub is linked to your smart assistant (Alexa/Google Home) account and that the Orb-ZBW1L is recognized by the assistant.
- Connectivitat intermitent: Ensure the Zigbee hub is centrally located and not obstructed by large metal objects. Consider adding more Zigbee devices to create a stronger mesh network.

- Zigbee Hub is Essential: Remember that the Orb-ZBW1L is a Zigbee end-device and requires a compatible Zigbee hub (e.g., SONOFF ZBBridge-P/U, SmartThings, Echo devices with built-in hub) to function as a smart switch. It cannot operate independently via Wi-Fi.
