3.1 Instal·lació física

- No NVR/DVR or PC Client Support: This camera does not support ONVIF protocol for integration with NVRs or DVRs, nor does it have a dedicated PC client. All operations are via the HiEasy mobile app.
- Cloud Recording Not Found: Cloud storage is a paid subscription service. If you cannot find cloud recordings, ensure you have an active subscription.
- Sense visió nocturna: Verify that the camera's night vision settings are correctly configured in the app. Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the IR or white lights.
