5.1 Càrrega inicial

Before first use, ensure the scale is fully charged. Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the scale's charging port and a suitable USB power source. The battery icon on the display will flash during charging and remain steady when fully charged. A full charge provides long endurance.

5.2 Col·locació

Place the Bincoo Mini Coffee Scale on a flat, stable, and hard surface to ensure accurate readings. Avoid placing it on soft or uneven surfaces.

6.1 Encès/Apagat

• Encès: Press the TARE (T) key.
• Apagar: Press and hold the TARE (T) key for 2 seconds. Alternatively, use the ON/OFF switch on the side.

• Short press the TARE (T) key: To peel (tare) the current weight and return the display to zero. This is useful for weighing ingredients in a container.

The scale offers four distinct modes to cater to various coffee brewing methods:

• Manual Mode (Timing + Weighing):
  This is the general mode, requiring manual operation of both weighing and timing. It is suitable for weighing coffee beans, ground powder, liquids, and other general kitchen tasks.
• Automatic Mode (Automatic Timing + Weighing):
  Double-click the TARE (T) key to enter this mode. The 'A' icon will light up. Place your coffee pot and filter paper on the scale, then short press TARE (T) to zero the weight. Add ground coffee, then short press TARE (T) again to tare the coffee weight. The timer will automatically start when water injection is detected. The timer stops when water injection ceases. The scale will return to a ready state after 5 seconds. You can tare or power off the scale at any time in this mode.
• Powder Water Ratio Mode (Intelligent Italian Mode):
  Double-click the TARE (T) key to enter this mode (after Automatic Mode). The 'Person' icon will light up. This mode is designed to help baristas visualize the ideal powder-to-water ratio. The scale automatically calculates and indicates the required amount of water. If a solid is placed before water injection, the scale will immediately clear to zero and emit a "drop" sound. This step can be repeated. When water injection is detected, the water injection icon and timer will flash (0.5s on, 0.5s off). The real-time powder-to-water ratio will be displayed, accompanied by a "drop" sound. After 15 seconds of no water injection, the timing and 'cooking' will stop. The middle cycle shows water weight, powder weight (three times), and the left side shows time. Press TARE (T) to reset the current mode if storage is successful and no water has been injected.
• Flow Mode (Flow + Load):
  Double-click the TARE (T) button to enter this mode (after Powder Water Ratio Mode). The 'V' icon will light up. Place your coffee pot and filter paper on the scale, then press TARE (T) to zero. Add ground coffee, then press TARE (T) to tare the coffee weight. When water injection is detected, the 'V' flow rate icon lights up, and the timing starts. The total weight of water is displayed on the right, the time on the left, and the flow rate is displayed in different units (e.g., oz/s). After water injection stops, the total weight is displayed. The time stops after removing the cup. The water injection detection flow rate can only be triggered once; if triggered, short press TARE (T) again. If the cup is not removed, press TARE (T) to trigger the velocity symbol again. The flashing time does not stop the weight. Remove the cup and press TARE (T) to reset to the first step.
