1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the SERVO 16SE MINI smartphone. This mini smartphone is a feature phone based on the Android operating system, featuring a stylish design, high-quality manufacturing process, multi-touch capacitive touch screen, and capacitive touch buttons for a comfortable user experience.

The device utilizes the Android system, supports GSM and 3G (WCDMA) networks, and includes wireless WIFI. Its simple and easy-to-use operation interface ensures a quick start for new users.

2. Informació de seguretat

• Zones prohibides: Do not use mobile phones in places where they are prohibited, or when they can cause interference or danger.
• Seguretat del trànsit: Do not use your mobile phone while driving to avoid interfering with safe driving.
• Àrees restringides: Comply with relevant restrictions or regulations. Turn off the device on aircraft, or near flammable items, chemical agents, or medical equipment.

• Servei professional: Do not disassemble the mobile phone or accessories without authorization. Only authorized organizations can repair the mobile phone.
• Touchscreen Care: To avoid scratching the touch screen, do not use sharp tools. Do not expose the touch screen to other electronic devices, as static discharge may cause failure. Do not let the touch screen come into contact with water, as it may fail in wet conditions.
• Rooting Warning: Do not use any tool to root this phone. Otherwise, there may be irreparable failure, and a rooted phone will not be covered by the warranty.

3. Configuració

3.1. Instal·lació de la targeta SIM i la bateria

1. Locate the SIM card slot on the right side of the phone.
2. Insert the SIM card (and memory card, if applicable) into the card slot according to the provided pattern.
3. If a SIM or USIM card is not inserted, only non-network services and partial features of the phone will be available.

3.2. Carregant la bateria

• Before first use, the battery must be charged.
• The phone can be charged using the provided travel charger or by connecting it to a computer via a data cable.
• When the battery is low, the phone will issue a warning tone and display a low battery level message. If the battery is critically low, the phone will automatically shut down.
• It is recommended to charge the phone for 3-5 hours initially using a 5V1A charger.
• The phone may warm up during charging, which is normal and does not affect its lifespan or performance.
• If the phone does not charge properly, take it to a customer service center for inspection.

3.3. Formatting SD Card Storage

• Al menú principal, seleccioneu Settings > Storage > Format SD card.
• Before formatting, back up all important data from your SD card to prevent data loss. Manufacturer warranty services do not cover data loss due to user operations.

4. Operacions bàsiques

4.1. Encendre/apagar

• Per encendre: Long press the [Power Key].
• Per apagar: Long press the [Power Key], then select “Shutdown”.

4.2. Touchscreen Operations

The phone’s touchscreen allows for easy selection of items and execution of functions. Here are the basic operations:

• Feu clic a: Tap once with your finger to select or launch a menu, option, or application.
• Click and Hold: Hold an item for more than 2 seconds to bring up a list of options.
• Desplaçament: Drag your finger up, down, left, or right to navigate through lists.

• Feu doble clic: Quan viewing a photo, quickly double-click with your finger to zoom in or out.

4.3. Bloquejar i desbloquejar la pantalla

• Tancar: Press the [Power Key].
• Per desbloquejar: Press the [Power Key], then follow the on-screen prompts to manually unlock.

4.4. Customizing Wallpaper

You can set wallpapers for the standby screen or lock screen interface. Wallpapers can be customized using images from your album.

• Desktop Wallpaper: Set an image for the desktop.
• Dynamic Wallpaper: Set a dynamic wallpaper.
• Video Wallpaper: Set a video as the background.

4.5. Using the Shortcut Panel

In standby mode or when using an application, touch the indicator icon area at the top of the screen and drag your finger down to open the shortcut panel. This allows you to quickly enable/disable features and access notifications.

• Wi-Fi: Enable or disable Wi-Fi. Tap and hold to enter Wi-Fi settings.

4.6. Personalització del telèfon

• Establir hora i data: Al menú principal, seleccioneu Settings > Date and Time per ajustar-se.
• To de toc: In Settings > Sound and Notification, enable or disable touch tones.
• Adjust Bell Volume: Use the volume buttons to adjust the ringtone volume.
• To de trucada: In Settings > Sound and Notification, select your preferred ringtone.
• Mode de vibració: Enable or disable vibration via the shortcut panel or by holding the [Power Key] and selecting the vibration mode.

4.7. Setting Up Screen Lock Pattern

1. Al menú principal, seleccioneu Settings > Security > Screen Lock > Pattern.
2. Follow the on-screen cues and example patterns.
3. Drag your finger to connect at least four points to draw your pattern.
4. Choose to continue, redraw the pattern to confirm, and select confirmation.
5. After setting, the unlock pattern must be entered each time you turn on the phone. To disable this, set the security screen lock to “None”.
6. If you forget the pattern, you must take your phone to a customer service center for unlocking.

4.8. Locking SIM Card

1. Al menú principal, seleccioneu Settings > Security > Set SIM Card Lock Mode > Lock SIM Card.
2. Enter your PIN code and select OK.
3. If the PIN code lock is activated, you must enter the PIN code at each boot.
4. If the PIN code is entered incorrectly three times, the SIM or USIM card will be locked. A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) must be entered to unlock it.
5. If the SIM/USIM card is locked due to an incorrect PUK, contact your service provider for assistance.

5. Aplicacions i característiques

5.1. Trucades

• Historial de trucades: View call records filtered by type. In standby mode, click the dial key to access the dial interface and call record interface.
• Marcació: Click the icon in the lower left corner of the main interface to show/hide the dial pad.

5.2. Missatgeria

Learn how to create and send SMS (Short Message Service) or MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), and view/manage sent or received messages.

5.3. Música

Use the music player to listen to your favorite music. Note that some file formats may not be supported depending on the phone software. If a file exceeds available storage space, it may not open.

5.9. File Gestió

Access all pictures, movies, music, documents, and other files stored on your phone. Note: Do not move or delete system files. It is recommended to install APKs from phone storage; installing external APKs may cause crashes, for which the manufacturer is not responsible.

5.10. Calendari

View dates, lunar calendar, and events.

5.11. Correu electrònic

Configure personal or corporate email accounts to send/receive emails.5.12. Video

View, delete, and sort your video files.

5.13. Contactes

Create and manage personal or company contacts stored on phone memory or SIM/USIM card. Save names, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. You can also set up contact groups.

5.14. Calculadora

Perform mathematical calculations directly on your phone, similar to a handheld or desktop calculator. Switch to scientific mode for advanced functions.

• WLAN: Manage Wi-Fi status, network notifications, and add networks.
• Bluetooth: Set Bluetooth status, search for devices, and change the Bluetooth name.
• SIM Block: Manage SIM card status, data connection, and international roaming.
