High Refresh Rate (240Hz)

Adaptive Sync (AMD FreeSync)
The monitor supports Adaptive-Sync (AMD FreeSync) technology, which synchronizes the monitor's refresh rate with your graphics card's frame rate. This eliminates screen tearing and stuttering, providing a fluid gaming experience.

Screen Orientation and Dual Monitor Setup

16:10 Widescreen Aspect Ratio
The 16:10 aspect ratio offers approximately 5% more vertical workspace compared to traditional 16:9 displays, enhancing productivity for tasks like document editing and web browsing, and providing a more immersive experience for gaming.
IPS Matte Screen & Eye Care
The 16-inch IPS matte screen reduces glare for comfortable viewing during extended use. It also incorporates a blue light filter to protect your eyes, reduce screen flicker, and filter out high-energy short-wavelength blue light, minimizing fatigue during long work sessions or gaming.
Manteniment
To maintain your monitor's performance and appearance, regularly clean the screen and casing with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surfaces. Ensure the monitor is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
Resolució de problemes
- Poor Signal or Flickering Screen: Ensure you are using the provided power adapter. Insufficient voltage from other adapters can cause issues. If flickering persists, try swapping the HDMI cable.
- No Display via Type-C: Verify that your PC/Laptop's Type-C port supports audio and video signal transmission (Thunderbolt 3 or DisplayPort Alternate Mode). If not, a "Type-C to HDMI" adapter will be required.
- "No Signal" or "Power Saving Mode" Message: Try switching the Type-C cable head to the other side and reconnecting the monitor.
- Mode d'estalvi d'energia: The monitor defaults to power save mode upon turning on. Note that there is no save function in sleep mode; you must manually close it.
- No Touchscreen/Battery: This 16-inch portable monitor does not have a built-in battery or touchscreen functionality. It cannot be charged and does not respond to touch input.
