The CERTEON MD917Plus Series Moisture Meter is a non-destructive, pinless moisture measurement device designed for rapid detection of moisture content in building materials and industrial materials. Utilizing high-frequency electromagnetic wave sensing technology, this instrument enables surface moisture analysis without damaging walls, floors, wood panels, or paper products.

It is suitable for construction inspection, renovation projects, wood processing, packaging control, and laboratory testing.

3. Configuració

1. Instal·lació de la bateria: Open the battery compartment on the back of the device. Install three (3) AAA 1.5V batteries, ensuring correct polarity as marked inside the compartment. Close the battery cover securely.



2. Encès: Press the Power button (usually labeled with a power symbol or "MODE") to turn on the device. The LCD display will illuminate.

2. Eviteu interferències: Do not measure directly over metal surfaces, nails, or reinforced concrete bars, which can interfere with readings. Keep the measuring area free from strong electromagnetic interference.
3. Mantingueu-vos ferms: Hold the device steady during the measurement process to ensure stable and accurate readings.
4. Llegir dades: The moisture value will be displayed directly on the LCD.
5. Indicació d'alarma: If the measured value exceeds a preset upper limit, an alarm indicator will activate.

  • Ensure the device is operated within the specified temperature and humidity range (0–40 °C, 10–75% RH).
• Alarm Constantly Triggering:
  • The material being measured likely exceeds the preset moisture limit. This indicates high moisture content.
  • Check the upper limit setting to ensure it is appropriate for your application.
• Device Powers Off Unexpectedly:
  • The device has an auto power-off feature after 5 minutes of inactivity. This is normal behavior.
  • If it powers off during active use, check battery levels.
