Introducció
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your Metz QLED Smart LED Television. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference. This guide covers models 32MQF7030Z and 40MQF7000Z.
Your Metz QLED TV features advanced technologies such as QLED+ for vivid colors, HDR10 & HLG for high dynamic contrast, Dolby Audio & Wonder Sound for immersive audio, and Eye-Care for reduced eye strain. It also integrates Google TV for a personalized and connected viewexperiència.

- Stand/Wall-Mount Installation: To prevent injury, securely install this apparatus on the table/wall according to instructions.

Configuració
Desembalatge i instal·lació inicial
Before proceeding, ensure you have at least two people for safe handling of the TV to prevent damage or injuries. Avoid pressing the screen during handling.
- Obriu el paquet amb cura.
- Take out the TV from the package.
- Install the TV stands (see "Stand Installation" below).

Instal·lació de l'estand
Pas 1: Take out the TV and carefully place it (screen downward) on a stable and flat table with a soft cloth or cushion.

Muntatge a la paret (opcional)
Es pot utilitzar un suport de paret opcional amb el televisor. Consulteu amb el vostre distribuïdor local per comprar el suport de muntatge de paret recomanat. Col·loqueu amb cura el suport de muntatge a la paret a la part posterior del televisor. Instal·leu el suport de muntatge a la paret en una paret sòlida perpendicular al terra. Si esteu connectant el televisor a altres materials de construcció, poseu-vos en contacte amb personal qualificat per instal·lar el suport de paret. S'inclouran instruccions detallades amb el suport de paret. Connexions de terminals
Before connecting external devices, ensure the TV power cord is disconnected to avoid product damage or personal injury. Terminal quantities and names may vary depending on the region or model.
- AV IN: Receives audio and video signals from external AV devices (e.g., DVD, camcorder, STB).
- ANTENA ENTRADA: Connecteu un cable coaxial per rebre senyals d'una antena, cable o satèl·lit.

- CI (Interfície comuna): CI card port. Note: The CI port should be covered by its plastic cover when not in use. Ensure the fire enclosure of connected equipment is made of non-combustible material or UL94 V-0 rated material.

Funcions de control remot
The remote control allows you to operate your TV from a distance. Its image, buttons, and functions may vary depending on the region or model. Due to software upgrades, functions are subject to change without notice.
- POTÈNCIA (⑁): Encén o apaga el televisor.
- Estat de treball: Short press to fastboot mode, long press to standby mode.
- Fastboot mode: Press to turn on TV quickly.
- Mode d'espera: Press to turn on TV normally.
- Botons numèrics (0-9): Select channels directly or input numbers.
- INFORMACIÓ: Accediu a la interfície INFO.
- A.D.: Adjust audio settings (language, sound track, type) in DTV mode.
- SOURCE (⑂): Accediu al menú d'origen.

Botó de control del televisor
The TV has a physical control button, typically located on the TV itself.

- En estat de treball: Short press to call out the soft keyboard menu. Short press to move the cursor and select desired item. Long press to enter or execute the selected item.
Accés al manual electrònic
The E-Manual is built into your TV and can be displayed on the screen. To learn more about your TV features:

Note: The E-Manual may not be available depending on the region or model.
Manteniment
Precaucions per utilitzar el control remot
- Point the remote control towards the remote sensor. Obstructions between the remote control and sensor will interfere with operation.
- Do not vibrate the remote control violently, splash liquid on it, or place it in high humidity.
- Avoid direct sunlight exposure to prevent deformation from heat.
- If the remote sensor is under direct sunlight or strong lighting, the remote control may not work. Change lighting, TV position, or operate closer to the sensor.
- For Bluetooth remote controls (if supplied), press TORNAR i CASA buttons together to open pairing mode. For other Bluetooth devices, refer to their manuals.
Precaucions per utilitzar la bateria
Improper battery use can cause leakage. Follow these methods carefully:
- Observe battery polarity to avoid short circuits.
- Replace with new batteries when voltage is insufficient. Remove batteries if not using the remote control for a long time.
- Do not mix different types of batteries (e.g., Manganese and Alkaline).
- Do not put batteries into fire, charge, or decompose them.
- Dispose of batteries in compliance with environmental protection regulations.
- ADVERTIMENT: Batteries (battery pack or installed batteries) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or the like.

Resolució de problemes
Abans de trucar a un tècnic de servei, consulteu la taula següent per conèixer les possibles causes i solucions.
Problemes generals
- El control remot no funciona:
- Canviar les piles.
- Comproveu si les bateries estan instal·lades correctament.
- Comproveu si l'alimentació principal està connectada.
- Check for obstructions between remote sensor and remote control.
- Senyal pobre: Usually caused by interference from electronic equipment or radio interference sources.
Picture & Sound Problems
- Sense imatge, sense so:
- Comproveu la font del senyal.
- Plug another electrical device into the outlet to check if it's working.
- Comproveu si l'endoll d'alimentació està en bon contacte amb la presa de corrent.
- Sense so, imatge correcta:
- Unmute the sound or increase the volume.
- Obriu el menú de so i ajusteu "Balance".
- Abnormal picture (no color or bad quality):
- Adjust color option in menu settings.
- Mantingueu el televisor a una distància suficient d'altres productes electrònics.
- Prova un altre canal.
- Bad TV signal (mosaic or snowflakes):
- Comproveu el cable de senyal i ajusteu l'antena.
- Sintonitza bé el canal.
- Prova un altre canal.
Problemes amb el reproductor multimèdia
- Això file no és vàlid' / apareix "Àudio no compatible", o l'àudio és normal però el vídeo és anormal, o el vídeo és normal però l'àudio és anormal:
- Els mitjans de comunicació file may be damaged; check if it can be played on a PC.
- Comproveu si el còdec de vídeo i àudio és compatible.
Problemes de xarxa
- Fallada de xarxa:
- Comproveu si l'encaminador funciona bé.
- Assegureu-vos que el televisor estigui connectat a l'encaminador correctament.
Problemes del navegador
- Web La pàgina no es pot mostrar completament: Some third-party extensions may not be supported; close the current web pàgina.

- Mode de cura dels ulls: To reduce eye strain during long viewing sessions, activate the Eye Protection Mode. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Display & Sound > Picture > Advanced Settings > Eye Protection Mode.
