3. Instruccions de configuració

3.1. Instal·lació de l'aplicació

To use your GOYOJO thermal imager, you must first download and install the companion application, THG Start, on your mobile device.

3.2. Connexió del dispositiu

The GOYOJO thermal imager is designed for plug-and-play operation, requiring no external power source as it is powered by your mobile device.

  • For iPhone (15/16/17 Series) and USB-C iPads: Simply plug the thermal imager directly into your device's USB-C port.
  • For older iPhone models (with Lightning port): Use the provided Lightning adapter to connect the thermal imager to your iPhone.
  • Per a dispositius Android: Plug the thermal imager into your device's Type-C port. Ensure that the OTG (On-The-Go) function is enabled in your phone's settings if the device is not recognized automatically.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

Once connected and the THG Start app is launched, the device is instantly ready to use. The app provides a real-time thermal view on your smartphone screen.

4.2. Temperature Measurement Modes

The thermal imager supports three primary measurement modes: point, line, and surface. It automatically identifies and tracks the highest, lowest, and center temperature points within the field of view to quickly pinpoint potential issues.

The device offers an extensive temperature range with two levels:

  • First Level: -20 °C a 150 °C
  • Second Level: 100 °C a 400 °C

You can select the appropriate range within the app settings.

The THG Start app provides 15 thermal color modes to suit different scenarios and preferences, making thermal results more intuitive and easier to interpret. Examples include White Hot, Black Hot, Rainbow, Dark Orange, High Iron, Ironbow, Sepia, Purple Red, Low Iron, Ice Fire, Rain, Red Hot, Green Hot, Dark Blue, and Custom.

4.4. Image and Video Recording

The device supports both photo and video recording. You can capture thermal images and videos directly through the THG Start app.

4.5. Image Editing and Reporting

The THG Start app allows for comprehensive image editing and report generation:

  • Manual/Auto AGC: Adjust the device's temperature range to manual mode, enable one-touch AGC, lightly touch the component location you wish to monitor, and instantly highlight the target component's temperature distribution for more precise fault identification.
  • PDF Report Export: PDF reports can be exported. The report title, logo, company name, contact address, company website, mobile number, and email address are editable.
