7. Manteniment
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your GOYOJO thermal imager, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Neteja: Gently wipe the lens and device body with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the lens or casing.
- Emmagatzematge: Store the device in its protective iron box when not in use to prevent dust accumulation and physical damage. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Manipulació: Manipuleu el dispositiu amb cura. Eviteu deixar-lo caure ni sotmetre'l a impactes forts.
- Actualitzacions de programari: Regularly check the THG Start app for updates to ensure you have the latest features and performance improvements.
8. Solució De Problemes
8.1. Dispositiu no reconegut
- Comprova la connexió: Ensure the thermal imager is securely plugged into your smartphone's port (USB-C or via Lightning adapter).
- Android OTG: For Android devices, verify that the OTG (On-The-Go) function is enabled in your phone's settings. This is often found under 'Connected devices' or 'System'.
- Permisos de l'aplicació: Ensure the THG Start app has all necessary permissions granted (e.g., camera, storage).
- Reinicia l'aplicació/el telèfon: Close and reopen the THG Start app, or restart your smartphone and try again.
8.2. Problemes de qualitat d'imatge
- Neteja la lent: Ensure the thermal imager's lens is clean and free from dust or smudges.
- Factors ambientals: Extreme humidity or fog can affect thermal image clarity.
- Distància: Ensure you are within the optimal testing distance of 0.1-15m.
- Freqüència d'actualització: The device has a 25Hz refresh rate for smooth imaging. If experiencing lag, check your phone's performance or close other background applications.
8.3. Lectures de temperatura inexactes
- Configuració d'emissivitat: Adjust the emissivity setting in the THG Start app to match the material you are measuring. Different materials emit infrared energy differently.
- Interval de mesura: Ensure you have selected the correct temperature measurement range (e.g., -20~150°C or 100~400°C) for your application.
- Temperatura ambient: Be aware that extreme ambient temperatures can sometimes influence readings.
9. Consells d'usuari
- Practice with Palettes: Experiment with the 15 different color palettes to find which one best highlights the temperature differences for your specific inspection task. Some palettes are better for visualizing subtle changes, while others emphasize extreme temperatures.
- Understand Emissivity: For accurate temperature measurements, especially on different surfaces, take time to learn about and adjust the emissivity setting in the app. This is crucial for getting reliable data.
- Distància òptima: While the device has a wide testing distance, for very precise measurements or small targets, try to get closer to the object while maintaining a safe distance.
- Gestió de la bateria: Although the device has low power consumption, for extended use, especially with an iPhone, consider carrying a portable power bank for your phone to ensure continuous operation.
