4. Configuració i instal·lació
The Varstrom E-Bike Battery is designed for easy installation on bicycle downtubes using standard bottle holder screws.
4.1 Instal·lació de la placa de muntatge
- Identify the downtube bottle cage mounts on your e-bike frame.
- Align the battery mounting plate with these mounts.
- Secure the mounting plate to the bike frame using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
4.2 Instal·lació de la bateria
- Once the mounting plate is secure, slide the battery onto the plate.
- Ensure the battery clicks into place, indicating it is properly seated.
- Use the provided key to lock the battery to the mounting plate. This prevents theft and secures the battery during rides.
4.3 Connexió elèctrica
The battery features a 6-pin gold-plated discharge connector and an XT60-Female discharge interface for connecting to your bike controller.
- Connect the XT60-Female discharge interface from the battery to the corresponding XT60-Male connector on your e-bike's motor controller.
- Ensure all connections are secure before operating the e-bike.
5. Funcionament
5.1 Engegada/apagada
The battery features a power switch for convenient control. Locate the power switch on the battery casing and press it to turn the battery on or off.
5.2 Llum indicador d'alimentació
The battery is equipped with a 4-green light LED indicator board to show the remaining power level.

6. Carregant la bateria
La bateria es pot carregar dins o fora de la bicicleta.
- Ensure the battery is turned off before charging.

- Connect the charger's DC2.1 plug to the battery's charging port.
- The charger's indicator light will typically show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.

⚠ Use only the provided 42V 2A charger. Using an incompatible charger can damage the battery and pose a fire risk.

7. Manteniment i emmagatzematge
7.1 Manteniment general
- Mantingueu la bateria neta i seca. Netegeu-la amb un drap suau i sec.amp tela si cal.
- Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or rain.
- Regularly check the battery and connectors for any signs of damage or corrosion.
