• Use only the provided power adapter (5V 1A) to power the camera.
• Do not expose the camera to extreme temperatures (outside -10℃ to 45℃), humidity, or direct sunlight.

4. Configuració

4.1. Encès

1. Connect the provided USB cable to the camera's power input.
2. Plug the USB cable into the 5V 1A power adapter.
3. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. The camera will power on and indicate its status (e.g., a blinking LED).

The MOES Smart Camera works with the MOES App or Tuya Smart Life App. Download the appropriate app from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).

Control and manage your MOES Smart Camera through the MOES/Tuya Smart Life App.

5.2. Intercomunicador de veu bidireccional

Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera's speaker, and listen to audio from the camera's microphone. The camera also supports a one-touch call feature, allowing someone at the camera to initiate a call to your app.

5.3. Modes de visió nocturna

The camera offers both Color Night Vision and Infrared Night Vision for clear monitoring in dark environments. You can switch between modes or set it to 'Smart Mode' for automatic adjustment.

5.4. Motion Tracking and Alerts

Enable Human Motion Tracking in the app settings to have the camera automatically follow detected movement. You will receive real-time alerts on your phone for any unusual activity. The camera also supports Sound-light Alarms, which can be triggered by events to deter intruders.

Activate WDR mode in the app settings to improve image clarity in scenes with high contrast lighting, preventing overexposure or underexposure.

5.6. Enregistrament i emmagatzematge de vídeo

The camera supports both cloud storage (subscription may be required, check MOES App for details) and local storage via a TF card. Insert a TF card (32GB, 64GB, or 128GB recommended) into the designated slot for continuous or event-based recording. The camera uses H.264 video compression to optimize storage space.

5.7. Protecció de la privadesa

Utilize the Privacy Mode feature in the app to physically turn the camera lens downwards, ensuring your privacy when needed. Mute Mode allows you to turn off the camera's sound via the app.

Set specific camera angles as 'Preset Points' within the app. This allows you to quickly navigate the camera to frequently viewed areas with a single tap. These preset points can also be linked to smart home events, so the camera automatically moves to a specific view when an event is triggered.

7. Solució De Problemes

• La càmera no es connecta a la Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Check Wi-Fi password and signal strength. Try resetting the camera and re-pairing.
• Poca qualitat de vídeo: Check your internet connection speed. Ensure the camera lens is clean. Adjust WDR settings if lighting is challenging.
