This compact yet powerful desktop computer is designed for a wide range of applications, from casual gaming and office multitasking to home entertainment and flexible working environments. Featuring an AMD Ryzen 7 8745HS processor and AMD Radeon 780M Graphics, along with high-speed DDR5 memory and NVMe SSD storage, the AM21 delivers exceptional performance and supports up to quad 4K UHD displays. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your new Mini PC.

Panell frontal:

• Botó d'encesa: Encén/apaga el dispositiu.

4. Instruccions de configuració

Follow these steps to set up your ACEMAGIC AM21 Mini PC:

1. Connecteu els perifèrics:
   • Connect your monitor(s) to the HDMI 2.1 ports or USB-C/USB4 ports using appropriate cables. The AM21 supports up to four displays simultaneously.
   • Connect your keyboard and mouse to the available USB-A ports.
   • If using a wired network, connect an Ethernet cable to one of the RJ45 LAN ports.
2. Connectar l'alimentació: Plug the power adapter into the DC port on the rear of the Mini PC, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
3. Encès: Premeu el botó d'engegada del panell frontal. L'indicador lluminós d'engegada s'il·luminarà.
4. Initial Operating System Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup of your operating system (e.g., Windows). This typically involves selecting language, region, creating a user account, and connecting to a Wi-Fi network.
5. Instal·lació del controlador (si cal): While most drivers are pre-installed, ensure all drivers are up-to-date for optimal performance. You can usually check for updates through the operating system's device manager or the manufacturer's weblloc.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

Funcionament bàsic:

• Encès/apagat: Press the power button to turn on. To turn off, use the operating system's shutdown function or press and hold the power button for a few seconds for a forced shutdown (not recommended for regular use).
• Reinicia: Feu servir la funció de reinici del sistema operatiu.
• Mode de repòs: Use the operating system's sleep function to put the PC into a low-power state.

The AM21 supports up to four 4K Ultra HD displays for enhanced productivity and immersive entertainment.

Connect your monitors using a combination of the available display outputs:

• HDMI 2.1 x2: Supports 4K@120Hz for ultra-smooth visuals.
• USB4 x1: Provides 40Gbps bandwidth with DisplayPort 1.4 support.
• USB3.2 Type-C x1: Offers 10Gbps bandwidth with DisplayPort 1.4 alternate mode.

Once connected, configure your display settings through your operating system to extend or duplicate your desktop.

Connectivitat sense fils:

• Wi-Fi 6: Connect to high-speed wireless networks. Access Wi-Fi settings through your operating system.
• Bluetooth 5.2: Pair with Bluetooth-enabled devices such as keyboards, mice, headphones, or speakers. Access Bluetooth settings through your operating system.

6. Manteniment

Neteja:

• Regularly clean the exterior of the Mini PC with a soft, dry cloth.
• Use compressed air to clear dust from the ventilation grilles to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating.
• Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents directly on the device.

Storage and Memory Upgrades:

The AM21 Mini PC is designed for easy upgrades to enhance its performance and storage capacity.

• Memòria (RAM): The device comes with 32GB DDR5 5600MHz Dual Channel RAM and can be upgraded to a maximum of 96GB. Ensure compatible DDR5 SODIMM modules are used.
• Emmagatzematge (SSD): It includes a 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe4.0x4 SSD and supports expansion up to 4TB. Ensure compatible M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe SSDs are used.

For upgrades, consult a qualified technician or refer to detailed service guides available from ACEMAGIC to avoid damaging the device.

7. Solució De Problemes

Sense energia:

• Assegureu-vos que l'adaptador de corrent estigui connectat correctament tant al Mini PC com a una presa de corrent que funcioni.
• Comproveu si la presa de corrent funciona connectant-hi un altre dispositiu.
• Prova un adaptador de corrent diferent si està disponible i és compatible.

Sense pantalla:

• Verify that the HDMI or USB-C/USB4 cables are securely connected to both the Mini PC and the monitor.
• Assegureu-vos que el monitor estigui encès i configurat a la font d'entrada correcta.
• Prova de connectar-te a una pantalla diferent o utilitzar un cable diferent.
• Reinicieu el mini PC.

Sense connexió a Internet:

• Amb cable: Check the Ethernet cable connection to both the Mini PC and your router/modem. Verify router/modem status.
• Sense fil: Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled in the operating system settings. Check if you are connected to the correct network and that the password is correct. Restart your router/modem.

Rendiment lent:

• Tanca les aplicacions innecessàries que s'executen en segon pla.
• Check for and install any available operating system updates.
• Ensure there is sufficient free space on the SSD.
• Executeu una anàlisi de virus/programari maliciós.
