1. Introducció

This manual provides instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your hjh OFFICE 725104 KIDDY CD Children's Desk Chair. Designed for comfort and ergonomics, this chair features a height-adjustable backrest, removable armrests, and a breathable mesh cover, making it ideal for children and teens.

2. Contingut del paquet

Before assembly, please ensure all parts are present. The package should contain:

• Seat cushion with gas lift mechanism attached
• Respatller
• Pair of armrests
• Star base (5-star)
• 5 castors (wheels)
• Assembly hardware (screws, washers, Allen key)

3. Instruccions de muntatge

Follow these steps to assemble your chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

1. Attach Castors to Base: Insert each of the five castors into the openings at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Attach Gas Lift to Base: Place the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the assembled star base.
3. Fixar els reposabraços al seient: Secure the armrests to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure they are oriented correctly. The armrests are removable if desired.
4. Fixar el respatller al seient: Connect the backrest support to the seat mechanism using the appropriate screws.
5. Attach Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered. Apply gentle downward pressure to secure it.

Verify all connections are secure before using the chair.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

Your KIDDY CD chair offers several adjustments for optimal comfort:

• Ajust de l'alçada del seient: To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located under the right side of the seat upwards.
  • To raise the seat: Lift the lever while standing up, allowing the gas lift to extend.
  • To lower the seat: Lift the lever while seated, applying your weight to the seat.
  The seat height can be adjusted between 40 cm and 50 cm.
• Backrest Height Adjustment: The backrest height can be adjusted to suit the user's posture. Locate the adjustment knob or mechanism at the back of the chair. Loosen it, slide the backrest to the desired height (between 35 cm and 42 cm), and then tighten the knob securely.

• Removable Armrests: The robust plastic armrests can be easily disassembled if not required.
• Rodes: The chair is equipped with load-dependent castors with brakes, designed for soft floors. These castors will brake when no weight is applied to the chair, preventing it from rolling away unintentionally.
