• Numpad Not Responding

  Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the numpad and your computer. Try connecting to a different USB port or a different computer to rule out port or system-specific issues.

• Keys Not Registering Correctly

  If you are using hot-swappable switches, ensure they are fully seated in their sockets. Gently press down on the affected switch. If you have customized your keymap using VIA, check your configuration for any unintended remappings.

• Physical Imperfections (Manufacturing Notice)

  Please note that minor cosmetic variations are considered normal manufacturing phenomena for this product:

  • Small pits, pores, bumps, or black spots not exceeding 1mm in size, or approximately 5 such defects not exceeding 1mm on the side and bottom surfaces.
  • Tiny knife lines may be present at the seams of the appearance surface.
  • Small particles or black spots (diameter less than 0.5mm, spacing more than 50mm, quantity less than 5) or slight scratches (width 1mm, length 5mm, quantity less than 3) on the bottom frosted acrylic.
  • Normal internal knife marks, small chipping on chamfered, and recessed corners.
  • Color texture may vary slightly from product images due to screen differences, environment, and lighting.

  These conditions are not considered defects and cannot be used as a basis for return or exchange.
