4. Muntatge i muntatge
The ROBORE X5F treadmill is designed for easy setup. Most components come pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare your treadmill for use:
- Desembalatge: Traieu amb cura tots els components de l'embalatge.
- Col·locació: Position the treadmill on a flat, stable surface, ensuring adequate clearance around the unit as described in the safety section.

Pull the upright frame into the operating position. Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged. - Adjusting Handles (if applicable): The treadmill features adjustable handles to meet different training needs. Adjust them to a comfortable height and secure them.

5. Funcionament
The ROBORE X5F treadmill offers various modes and controls for an effective workout.
5.1 Tauler de control i comandament a distància
The treadmill is equipped with an LED display and can be controlled via the display or the included remote control.

- Pantalla LED: Shows real-time data including Speed, Time, Distance, and Calories burned.
- Comandament a distància: Use the remote to Start/Stop the treadmill and adjust the speed (Speed+, Speed-).
5.2 Començar un entrenament
- Step onto the treadmill belt, holding the handrails for balance.
- Press the 'Start' button on the remote control or the main console. The treadmill will begin at a low speed.
- Adjust the speed using the 'Speed+' or 'Speed-' buttons on the remote or console to your desired pace.
5.3 Exercise Modes
The ROBORE X5F offers 4-in-1 exercise modes to suit different fitness levels and goals:

- Mode de treball: 0.6-1.5 MPH (Ideal for under-desk use or light activity).
- Mode de caminada: 0.6-2.5 MPH.
- Mode de córrer: 2.5-4.0 MPH.
- Mode de funcionament: 4.0-6.3 MPH (Max speed 10 km/h).
5.4 Adjusting Incline
The treadmill features 3 manual incline levels to increase calorie burning and workout intensity: 2%, 10%, and 14%.

To adjust the incline, you will need to manually set the incline level at the rear of the treadmill. Ensure the treadmill is off and unplugged before adjusting the incline. Refer to the physical treadmill for specific manual adjustment points.
5.5 Aturar un entrenament
Press the 'Stop' button on the remote control or the main console. The treadmill belt will gradually slow down and come to a complete stop.
6. Manteniment
Un manteniment regular garanteix la longevitat i el rendiment òptim de la cinta de córrer.
6.1 Neteja
- Desendolla sempre la cinta de córrer abans de netejar-la.
- Netegeu la consola i les superfícies exteriors amb un drap suau i sec.amp tela. Eviteu utilitzar netejadors abrasius o dissolvents.

6.2 Lubricació de la corretja de funcionament
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. Refer to the specific instructions provided with your treadmill's lubricant for frequency and application method. Generally, lift the edge of the belt and apply silicone lubricant to the deck underneath.
6.3 Tensió i alineació de la corretja
If the running belt feels loose or slips during use, or if it drifts to one side, it may need adjustment. Consult the specific instructions in your treadmill's physical manual for adjusting belt tension and alignment screws, typically located at the rear of the treadmill.
