1. Introducció

The ARCCTV 2K Solar WiFi Camera C3 is a 100% wireless, solar-powered security camera designed for both indoor and outdoor surveillance. Featuring 4MP HD resolution, full-color night vision, two-way audio, and intelligent flash alarms, it provides comprehensive monitoring with easy installation and minimal maintenance. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your camera.

4. Guia de configuració

4.1 Càrrega inicial

Upon receiving your camera, it will have a partial charge. For optimal performance, fully charge the camera before first use.

• Connect the camera to a 5V/1A adapter (not included) using the provided Type-C charging cable.
• Charge for 6-8 hours until the charging indicator shows a full charge.

The ARCCTV camera operates via the ARCCTV mobile application. Download the app from your device's app store (Android/iOS).

1. Download and install the "ARCCTV" app on your smartphone.

4. Follow the in-app instructions to add your camera. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network during setup.

For local video storage, install a TF (MicroSD) card (up to 128GB, not included).

1. Locate the SD card slot on the camera (refer to Figure 3).

4.4 Instal·lació física

1. Pas 1: Use the provided installation template to mark drill holes on the desired surface.

Important Note: This camera is designed to be used alone and cannot be added to any NVR (Network Video Recorder) system.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Gestió de l'energia

• Encès/apagat: Press and hold the Power Button (refer to Figure 3) for a few seconds to turn the camera on or off.
• Càrrega solar: The integrated solar panel will automatically charge the built-in battery when exposed to sunlight.
• Mode de repòs: To conserve power, the camera automatically enters sleep mode if no motion is detected for three minutes. It will wake up automatically upon detecting motion.

The camera features PIR Humanoid Detection and an intelligent flash alarm system.

• When a human figure is detected in the monitoring area, the camera will trigger a 90-decibel alarm and activate its 600-lumen spotlight.

5.3 Visió nocturna

The camera offers both infrared and full-color night vision modes.

5.4 Àudio bidireccional

Communicate directly through the camera using the built-in microphone and speaker via the ARCCTV app.

• Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera.
• Listen to audio from the camera's surroundings through your phone.

5.5 Emmagatzematge de vídeo

Videos are stored locally on the installed TF card by default. Cloud storage options are also available through the ARCCTV app for extended storage and backup.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Càrrega

• Assegureu-vos que el panell solar estigui net i lliure d'obstruccions per maximitzar l'eficiència de la càrrega.
• If solar charging is insufficient (e.g., during prolonged cloudy periods), use a 5V/1A adapter to charge the camera via the Type-C port. Avoid using adapters with different specifications to prevent damage.
• It is recommended to recharge the battery before it is completely depleted to prolong battery life.

6.2 Neteja

7. Solució De Problemes

• La càmera no s'encén: Ensure the camera is fully charged (6-8 hours with a 5V/1A adapter recommended for initial charge).
• Poor motion detection: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity in the app. For optimal performance, set motion detection sensitivity to 6 and human detection sensitivity to 3.
• La càmera no es connecta a la xarxa Wi-Fi: Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz WiFi signal. The camera does not support 5GHz WiFi.
• Autonomia curta de la bateria: Verifiqueu que el panell solar rebi prou llum solar directa. Reduïu la freqüència de les alertes de detecció de moviment o de les imatges en directe. view usage if possible.
• Problemes de visió nocturna: Check if the lens is clean and free from obstructions. Ensure the LED spotlights are not blocked.
• Cannot add to NVR: The ARCCTV C3 camera is designed for standalone use with the ARCCTV app and is not compatible with NVR systems.
